The original reason I chose them was it’s a mobile service. That being said when they looked up my vehicle they said there was some fine tuning they had to do with my windshield that had to be done at the shop so I had to bring it in. So I was a little annoyed at that. I made my appointment. I thought I made it at 10am but they had me down at 9am. That being said they called and left a message, they didn’t just let me miss the appointment. When I called back the guy in the office didn’t accept blame but didn’t deflect blame on the incorrect time. I was told I could still bring it in. Brought it in. The guy in the office, can’t recall his name, is very pretty. I’m not into dudes, but I got eyes and calls’em like I sees’em. He was very nice and professional. Quoted me a time on how long it would take. I walked around the area whilst they did it. They got it done in half the time they quoted me. They handled the paperwork and dealing with my insurance company. The guy that installed the windshield, also do not recall his name, is an artist. He was able to get everything off my old windshield and put it back in exactly the same spot on the new windshield. One of the things is a toll pass that’s a sticker that’s is meant to break when pulled off so you have to get a new one. He was able to get it off without breaking it and reapply it. He told me he could to that, but I did not believe him. I was 100% incorrect. Would highly recommend and would 100% them again if I need to have a windshield repaired or replaced.ServicesAuto windshield replacement
