Friendly, professional and clean service work! They're a local family-owned business. When I first called I had spoken with Christina who was warm friendly and outgoing. I had a bunch of questions which she had answered for me without batting and eye. I asked if she could call back after lunch and that we could go through the process then. She was prompt and efficient with the insurance company and answering any more questions I had through the process. On the day of the window replacement her husband Big Rick was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early which I was more than happy to hear ask. Him and another service man came out and we're prompt and efficient with what they were doing. Those guys were like a formula 1 pit crew changing out the glass. It was obviously they had done this once or twice before! They were also super friendly to the point where I realized I was being a nuisance and had to go inside. LOL A short while later I had to get some thing out of the truck and Rick's wife pulled up. She had an extra minute to come and help with the recalibration and again we chatted for a bit and had a couple of laughs all the way around. Being nosey I inquired about a couple things. LOL Rick's been in the area for 50 years. Been in the business for 30 years has been married to this wonderful wife Christine for 10 years as of January 8th. The truth is I love supporting local family-owned business anytime I can. It's through these warm and friendly interactions along with their efficiency and professionalism that I admire most. I would choose Big Ricks Auto Glass over the other "big guys" every day of the week! Like a formula One Team pit crew, they were out of here just as quick as they came in. Off to the next job just to stay ahead of the scheduling because they're booked!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When my windshield had some damage I called my insurance company and they made me go through Safelite to file a claim. Luckily, I found out I could use any company to have the work done. I chose Steve's Auto Glass Service because of the amount of five-star reviews he had. I am so glad I did. He showed up 5 minutes before he said he would be here, he replaced my windshield with the highest quality glass and did an amazing job. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
