Mike is the absolute best! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. We are a family of five (three kids ages 3, 6, & 8). We were over 1,000 miles away from our home in Texas and maybe 50 miles away from our destination when something busted our sunroof (and I mean busted busted with a hole and pieces of glass). The piece was on backorder from the dealership (of course) and Mike was able to find exactly what we needed locally and drove and got it and then drove to where we were in the Athens area and replaced it! Not only did Mike magically find, deliver, and do a wonderful job making our car whole again, he’s just a wonderful person. We were able to spend time with our family and not worry about how we were going to make it through the weather home with three young kids. We will never forget Mike.

I chose Easy Auto Glass because of negative reviews of several companies and positive reviews of EAG on Google. I called EAG and left a voicemail which was very quickly answered. Mike, the owner, was courteous and very quickly and accurately explained his pricing structure and guarantees. We agreed on a date and time and Mike showed up as promised. I stayed through the whole process of replacing the windshield on my 2013 Honda CRV. Mike is very meticulous, has all the proper tools and materials, explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it as he went along, and answered any and all questions I had. Mike is engaging and funny and a joy to talk to. He will get my business from now on. I highly recommend Easy Auto Glass!

Woke up Saturday morning to my drivers side window being completely broken and ready to fall out. My insurance company was telling me it would be Thursday before I could have it fixed. I accepted and then thought to myself "Self, that is crazy! I cant wait almost a week to get it fixed and be without a car." So I found Easy Auto Glass and got a quote and left a message on their website. Monday morning Mike calls me and gave me a great price(half of my deductible) and would be there Tuesday morning (the very next day). Sure enough he is here when he said he would be, fixed my car and did a great job. He was a completely nice guy and would recommend him to anyone out there.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Mike did a fantastic job on my back window. The glass unexpectedly took an extra day to get here from the distributor, but Mike let me know what was going on every step of the way. From the first time I called him for a quote, to handing me the receipt, the communication was excellent. He came to my job and installed it bright and early and it looks great! He even cleaned the leftover broken glass, and the new window too. Price and service was the best around. Safelite is a joke. Save your hard earned dollars and give Mike a call. I've already told a handful of people to call Easy auto glass in the future. Thanks again!!!!

Mr. Mike is super kind. I found him on google and his reviews were stellar; and now I can totally see why! First, he was prompt and professional on the phone. I was a little nervous using someone I didn’t know but just speaking to him on the phone, I was already at ease. He was kind enough to fit me in as soon as possible and even came to my house. He was professional and extremely kind to my mother, which is hard to put a price tag on. I have been extremely disappointed with other glass replacement companies in Athens, but Easy Auto Glass is top notch and Mike is exceptional at what he does. He kept in touch throughout the scheduling process and showed up on time, delivered on service, and provided a great product while showing upmost respect and kindness. Even though I had relayed the wrong information regarding glass size, he didn't get upset at all and didn't even charge for the extra (although I felt obligated to tip) trip or upset to his scheduling. Mike is awesome!!! I called him today about a cracked windshield and even though he wasnt able to repair the crack due to it location he gave me a ton of information about the the windshield for my car! I only wish I could have given him my business! Mike is one of the best I have ever dealt with, this guy is 100% honest! If I ever need any glass replaced in any of my older vehicles or this one once it gets a little older he is gonna be my first choice! Seriously if you are looking for an honest dude who is gonna truly help you with you problem then you need to call him!!!

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!. Mike is a great guy. Very professional, fast,efficient, honest and very friendly. After being "stood up" twice by safelite I made some more calls around town and decided to go with Mike. I'm glad I did He showed up on time as promised and did a great job replacing my windshield he stands behind his work and His price was much better than anyone else in town and he's Veteran friendly. I would recommend him to anyone that needs glass work. He will definitely be my first call for any future glass needs.

Mike was very responsive to calls and texts to set up a time. He went out of his way to make sure he could repair my windshield. Even though bad weather came up, he was easy to communicate with to reschedule. He came to where I live and has years of experience, knows what he is doing. You don’t find many people like this anymore. He got the job done quick but with quality and made sure to explain it to me and what to do afterwards so that it settled ok. Recommend to anyone in the Athens area needing a windshield replacement!
