I had emailed for a quote and got a response a n about 2 weeks later or maybe a little after I called to schedule an appointment the young lady that answered the phone could not find the quote I had gotten in an email however she went ahead trusting me and honored the quote I had told her. When the tech came over he was very professional and provided and outstanding service. Jay the tech explained everything and I felt super confident that I had made the right choice. These days not everyone is fair nor honest and the fact that they treated me with respect and trust I do highly and I mean highly recommend then. As Jay was leaving he told me and I quote... Oh by the way we found the e-mail quote, somehow the e-mail ended up in the spam file. It made me feel very good that they honestly looked for it because it showed that they care about us the customers and also that I did not make it up. Passenger side window on my 2009 Honda Accord was accidently busted out. I found Prime Tyme Auto glass online and saw all the great reviews so I decided to give them a try.. I called and spoke with Crystal. She was very pleasant and helpful... on a Sat. Jay came out at the exact time he said and replaced my window. He was professional, efficient, and the price was great!!!!!! He even vacuumed all the shattered glass from my car!!!!! Talk about excellent service!!!!!! Wow!!!! I never thought I would be happy to replace a windshield but the experience was so great I was!!!! I promised my wife a new windshield for her 2007 Toyota Camry for a Christmas present. I am new to the Carrollton area so looked online for reviews and Prime Tyme showed high above the rest so I called. Jay came out and was the nicest, caring service man I have seen in years. He was fast, detailed and the price was very good too!!! If you ever need a windshield, I would highly recommend you to call Prime Tyme Auto Glass!!!! Prime Time Auto Glass did a great job with the replacement of the windshield on my 2016 town and country. Very good customer service from intake to completion of job. The technician took his time and was very meticulous in the removal and installation on the windshield. I was even able to drive the vehicle after the replacement, and was glad there were no leaks or whistling .I Prices are very affordable and work was completed in a timely manner, I was even seen before my schedule time since he was in the area. I would definitely recommend using them for your auto glass repair needs .

It was so convenient to have the chip repair service come to my own home, and the customer service was amazing from start to finish. They arrived quickly within the time window provided, and were very professional and kind. The repair job was excellent, and you can't beat the price for the area! Jay was very courteous and professional when replacing my windshield. His price was very affordable and I'm glad I used Prime Tyme rather than going through my insurance company. Jay even gave me some preventative tips just in case. It's very comforting to know that there are still good people out here who genuinely want to provide a great service. 🤎🤎🤎PrimeTyme Windshield was on time & with great communication🤎🤎🤎 I searched a FB group for "windshield" and so many people recommended Jay with PrimeTyme. I reached out Wednesday after hours....left a message and he called back early Thursday morning to add me to Thursdays schedule. . He took an hour & change to swap out my cracked front windshield. His prices are unbeatable and he guarantees his work for a full year. I will recommend & save his number if i need him in the future.

After speaking with them about needing a new windshield, I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. Came to my home and did a phenomenal job. Very professional and knowledgeable and explained to me the do's n don't until the replacement is set. I've dealt with larger companies but Prime Tyme is definitely at the top of their game. Out of all the people i called Prime Tyme had the cheapest rate. They got me an appointment at the soonest available time according to my schedule. The customer service was kind, quick, and answered all the questions I had. When they came out to replace my windshield they were courteous and did an outstanding job.
