I originally came here to get my windshield replaced after a major crack from a rock and they handled it quickly through my car insurance plan. Afterwards, I thought i had a water windshield leak after getting it repaired. They went above and beyond testing everything and even replacing the windshield again under warrenty after I saw concerning bubbles in the windshield adhesive thinking that may be where the water leak was coming from. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and forthright in telling me about the pros and cons of my glass repair project. They were thoughtful and considerate in helping me make the right decision to have the front window repaired as it was extremely difficult and could possibly have complications with the repair. I reached out to them on a Thursday evening inquiring about getting my rear driver’s side window replaced after experiencing a break-in downtown and was quoted $248 which was way better than the $307 that another company quoted me. I showed up the next day at 3 PM and fully expected to sit for two hours, but the team had my window replaced and vehicle vacuumed within 45 minutes. No exaggeration! The process of setting up the appointment was very easy. I spoke with a friendly representative and was able to score a couple discounts! The entire process was smooth, as Dakota made sure he let me know everything prior to the replacement. It took all of 45 minutes to complete. He made sure to clean my interior and windshield after. Overall, the complete process was immaculate. I would recommend coming here for any of your window or windshield needs.

The best customer service!! I called multiple places getting quotes on a Saturday and they were so kind and helpful and you could tell appreciated my business. They were able to get my glass the quickest out of everyone and they came to me! The guy that came out to replace my glass was also absolutely awesome! I would use them again even if the price was higher just because of the great service.

The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They informed me of an issue with Ford Explorers window molding and the possibility of them breaking. They were very careful and were able to replace the windshild without any damage to the window moldings. I would recommend them to anybody. I am very pleased with the whole experience.
