I had never used L&M before but this morning I had what looked like a crack in my windshield and a problem with one of my windows. I assumed I was about to spend some money, but they told me the crack was just a scratch on the inside and wouldn't spread. Then Jerry sprayed some silicone spay on the window track and it worked perfectly. No cost! He easily could have charged me and I would have been happy to pay.
