Unfortunately, someone broke into my car and I had to have my driver's rear window replaced. I called a few other window glass installers and ended up going with AutoGlassNow...which is located in Riverdale, GA. My reasons in deciding to go with AutoGlassNow...are... my first interaction with the lady with whom I spoke to on the telephone was a positive and friendly attitude and she also offered me a $25 coupon off my total charges....which was a great incentive. Next...the technician who worked on my car was very skilled and patient. Apparently, a bmw that has the factory installed window shade is not as simple as a car that doesn't have it installed...but, hats off to the tech...he did what he had to do and got it done. After a rash of Friday night break-ins in ATL hotel parking garages, my car was one of the victims. Trying to find a company open on a Saturday willing to repair my window was a challenge, Sunnyside Glass North was open and extremely communicative. Sunnyside was the ONLY auto glass repair business willing to get the job completed on a Saturday ( I called 7 companies) Steven got the job done in record time AND was $750 less than SafeLite Repair.
