Got my windshield replaced recently and had a great experience working with John and Nathan from the shop. Both were very pleasant, professional, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The installation was done successfully, and so far everything seems to be working well as I will continue to monitor to make sure everything works. There was a hiccup with my insurance. I originally thought I was supposed to get an OEM part, but it turned out that wasn’t clearly stated by the insurance company. Nathan was super helpful and worked with me to offer a fair out-of-pocket price, allowing me to avoid filing a claim altogether. Really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. I’d definitely recommend these guys if you need windshield work done.
