I called a few places but this place had some of the best reviews. Lady on the phone was super nice and helpful and she managed to get me in that day,so quick in fact that I was unprepared,so I asked for an appointment early the next day and they fit me in. I arrived at my appointment and planned to leave my car there all day but they managed to find a part to fix my window quickly and I got to take it home later the same day. My window had jumped off the track and broken a few components,they fixed it all at a price I thought was more than fair. I finally got to drive home on the highway with the widows rolled down because I wanted to,not because I had to😂

My car got broken into on a Saturday night and Sunday was a holiday so everything was closed. I called probably 15 shops from Honolulu through Ewa Beach first thing Monday morning and Ace Auto Glass Ward was the only one that 1) had the correct part for my Hyundai and 2) was able to fit me in the same day. Cost for my left rear driver's side replacement was around $280, which was cheaper than what other places had quoted me (over $300). I dropped my car off at 11:30am and took a Lyft to a shopping center to wait it out. (There's NO waiting area but many things within walking distance. I just didn't feel comfortable walking around after my car got broken into in the same area). It was ready at 3pm. I think that's a bit long but they did tell me they were really busy. Ashton came to my place of work to replace my windshield. He arrived early, it took him less than 40 minutes to complete everything, and he was super helpful and patient in answering all my annoying questions about how windshield replacements work and why the hell Hawaii law makes you replace your windshield even for small cracks. Also, when I first called and left a message with him, he got back to me within 15 minutes, and he also replied to my texts immediately when I had questions about payment. I was also happy to find out after he finished and gave me an invoice that the install comes with a lifetime warranty. Just as a reference, I was originally referred to Ace Auto Glass, who I'm told does a great job and has excellent customer service, but it wasn't feasible for me to drop my car off before work and pick it up later that day. They also quoted me $20 more than Ashton charged me. So if you are looking for convenience, a good price, and great service, I'd say you can't go wrong with Ashton!

I had a large cracked windshield from my son playing basketball where the ball hit my window and cracked it so I called Al's auto glass and radiator and was happy I did. Lisa answered my call and if I left message she always got back to me right away. Easy smooth and convenient. Lisa came and did her thing in a snap and my van was brand new again. Awesome service and lisa is just fantastic to talk to. My family has been only going to Al's auto glass and radiator for years now for any glass work. This says alot about how awesome Al and Lisa is. Friendly staff, multiple ways to get your vehicle windshield service done. They have mobile service which can go to your home or place of work. Great option, but the estimated hours for a service tech to tend to your vehicle are too too wide. They open @ 7am. The estimated time for my appointment was from 8am to 5pm. I wanted the work to be done while I was at work but just couldn't wait that long. I ended up dropping off and waiting for a call to notify me when the work was done. By 11am, my trucks windshield work was completed! I finished work @ 1pm and was on the road to my house by 130pm. Again great service. Thanks to all the hard working stff for yet another wonderful experience at their shop. Ohh and if I were to wait their, they do have complimentary coffee, water, and a TV to pass the time. I'm not sure if wifi is available, though!
