Cheryl with Colvin's Glass was fantastic!!! I highly recommend them to take care of glass needs. They were so good to take care of my broken windshield, and so kind and professional. I really appreciated their care of my vehicle and me. The cost was not the cheapest of other places I checked, but neither was it the most expensive. Although I must say, they went above and beyond to come and pick up my vehicle and bring it back to my when it was fixed!!! That was the best thing for someone with several little kids to take care of and worry about how to get home during the repair!! Then Cheryl took great care and time to give me instructions on taking care of it while the glue dries for a few days, and answered all of my questions. Definitely would recommend!!

I’m super grateful for the staff at Nu-Vu in Twin Falls and Idaho Falls! On our way to Idaho, a big rock kicked up by a truck smashed our car’s windshield. The hole was pretty big, but we still had several days of travel ahead. That night, we searched online for places in Twin Falls that could fix it and found Nu-Vu. After checking their Google reviews, we decided to swing by the next morning to ask about it. Honestly, we weren’t too hopeful since we knew they might not have the right glass in stock or a technician available. They told us the earliest the glass could arrive was that afternoon, and they’d only be able to replace it the next morning. Because of our itinerary, we figured we’d just tough it out and keep going with the damaged windshield. But then, on our way, Nu-Vu messaged us saying they could get the glass in Idaho Falls and replace it right away. Since our route was taking us through there, we zoomed over to their Idaho Falls location. When we arrived, the technician got to work immediately and even recommended some great local spots for lunch. The repair was pretty quick—took about four hours to remove the old glass, install the new one, and calibrate the camera (Tesla windshield replacements are such a hassle). Huge thanks to the Nu-Vu team for their awesome help with this unexpected issue. They made it so we could continue our trip worry-free. I originally got a quote at a competitors auto glass repair shop, but thought I would check around at other places and landed on Onsite! I didn’t realize that they could visit your home, which is an awesome and not too expensive service. When I first got to the shop, Sean took one look at my windshield and couldn’t tell what was wrong with it! He came out to tell me that he couldn’t in good conscious replace the windshield because it only had a minor rock chip and he couldn’t find anything else wrong with it. That meant so much to me! He really went the extra mile and wasn’t just trying to get a quick buck - which, as a single-appearing woman, I appreciated that he didn’t take advantage of my ignorance on the subject. I was referred from a family member to use these guys to replace my back window. My 4 year decided to throw a rock at the back window and it shattered. Maddie was so helpful when I called to get a quote and schedule an appointment. The next week on Wednesday, Hunter came to replace the glass via mobile service and he did an excellent job. On Sunday I took it for a car wash and noticed the back window wiper wasn’t working and there was some water coming through. I called first thing on Monday, Maddie was so sweet to get me taken care of again. She was able to fit me in the next day at 8:30 am to have it looked at. Hunter decided to come back with his coworker Ryker to assist him later today. They were able to fix the wiper and reseal the back glass for me and explain to me what happened. Seriously the best experience I’ve had from setting up my appointment to having the team come back to look at the window. Spending hard earned money on things like a chipped-turned-into-giant-crack windshield down right blows and frankly, at my age, I think I'd rather get stuck upside down on a ferris-wheel at a low budget fair with a shady ride operator than forking over a few hundred bucks because I thought I was doing a good thing by choosing a higher deductible with my car insurance agent. Well, at least I faithfully get a birthday card from a guy I've never met who claims to have my family in his good hands but I digress. If I'm being honest, the folks at Safelite were so professional and kind, I could've sprung for new windshields for everyone in the joint. Place was clean, not that it matters much when we're talking about a garage, but I like a well maintained restroom if I'm required to sit and wait. Well, I didn't sit and wait but my kids usually have to experience every toilet they pass for some reason and they remarked that it was clean just like we keep ours at home. The only negative was my kids weren't strong enough to open the door to exit the restroom and are still in therapy successfully dealing with the few seconds of trauma they experienced. Did I mention it was clean though? I recommend a professional doorman to open the door for all people, strong or weak, who can dispense breath mints and spritz cologne. You know, you can tell a lot about a place by how they keep the most personal room in the building! I've digressed again- sorry, it's a gift. We immediately felt welcome and in order to save my appointment, they had to find a windshield somewhere else since there was a shipping snafu. Rather than inconvenience me they absorbed the problem and gave me an upgraded product. Imagine that! Old school, good business, likeable experience, professional people, who also referred a pretty good Chinese restaurant nearby, which maybe I'll write a review after I spend a little quality time in my own glorious restroom.

I have been to the snake river over the years several times for our home needs and have always been SO pleased with the excellent, friendly and efficient service here.... the staff are amazing and the cost for service is well priced. Last week I needed a small piece of glass replaced and was shocked when they did not charge me for it. Thank you for your good will and good work!! After calling around to a few other replacement shops i decided to go with snake river because of the warrenty, customer service, and price quote. They were extremely professional and worked with my insurance company with ease. I didnt have to worry about making phone calls or dealing with paperwork. The glass was installed quickly, and was ready when it was supposed to be. The warranty on the windshield was better than anyone else had offered and for that alone i would highly recommend Glass Doctor.
