Love this business! I definitely recommend. Brent was very impressive. He was accommodating, swift, and thorough. We are over the road semi truck drivers and were on our way back from Washington to Kansas when a rock decided to fulfill a vendetta on our windshield. EVERY SINGLE SHOP within 40 miles of Nampa was unavailable to help, let alone give a quote for the glass because they didn't have it in stock. Excellent service, was able to come out on a Saturday and fix two windshields on separate vehicles in one go. Gave me a time frame to come out and showed up in a timely manner. Got right to work and had both windshields swapped out in a little over an hour. Very knowledgeable and took everything apart and put everything back together without damage. Overall a very impressive result for having everything stowed away in a van and keeping the whole operation efficient and mobile. Even took the time to clean the windshields once they were installed and everything looked fantastic once the job was finished. Would highly recommend overall. Small privately owned business ran by someone who is clearly dedicated to getting the job done right.

Marco is the best! I called looking for a windshield repair company yesterday. Marco was the only person who returned my call. He worked me into his schedule today for the repair. After he got here, we realized I gave him the wrong year of my car model 🤦🏼‍♀️. He had to go find a replacement windshield after showing up at my place with the model I told him to bring. I felt bad, but he was so kind and reassuring that it happens often and he didn't charge me extra for his time. He was so efficient at replacing the windshield. I called Sir Auto Glass as soon as they opened and explained that I was selling my car and had just traveled 5 hours to get there, and the night before had two rocks bust our windshield. We needed to get it repaired asap. They went above and beyond to help get it replaced the same day as I called and within 3-4 hours of first contacting them They were great to do business with and were professional and responsive. Would rate them a 10 star. Would drive back to Meridian just to have them do the work again if needed.
