Fast, friendly, cheap! I needed a windshield replacement, and Aaron's quoted me $200 CHEAPER than any of the other quotes I was getting. They were able to set up an appoint for me the NEXT MORNING, less than 24 hours after I called. I dropped off my car when they opened at 10am, the front desk ladies were super friendly and the process was quick. Cindell worked on my car and had it done in about an hour! I was able to pay by mobile and was on my way! Windshield looks great! Thanks Aaron's glass I will be recommending Edit: Just got my fiancee's windshield done. It was smooth fast and cheap again. My windshield was smashed because the latch on my hood wasn’t secured all the way. I was unable to drive it anywhere because glass was all over and I couldn’t see out of it. I called City Auto Glass and they were the only ones willing to come out to my house and replace it, they arrived on time and the windshield was replaced quickly and for the cheapest price I could find in the area! I was impressed! However a couple hours later I went outside and when I got in my vehicle I noticed the windshield was cracked. I called and told them what happened, they had me send pictures to them and informed me that it must have happened because the hood on my car wasn’t properly repaired after it had flown back the first time. They told me they will order another windshield and to let them know when I get the hood fixed. So I went and got the hood bent back into place and called City Auto Glass again to inform them it was fixed. A couple days later they came back out with another brand new windshield and replaced the one they just fixed and charged me absolutely nothing for the 2nd replacement! This is hands down the best service I’ve ever had, they didn’t question me or blame me, they were understanding and helpful. I will ALWAYS recommend City Auto Glass to anyone needing a windshield repair!! Outstanding Customer Service you just don’t see around Rockford!

I had the pleasure of meeting two of satellite’s team members. Both gentlemen were just that… respectful, efficient and open with details as the job would be done. Joe, first young man realized early on that the windshield he had on the truck was not for my car! He quickly contacted someone to get the correct one and 3 days later, the job was done !
