Adventure Auto Glass replaced the front window on our InTech Sol Eclipse RV after we found a crack from top to bottom when opening her up for the camping season. Fortunately it was still under warranty and working with the manufacturer (InTech), Adventure Auto Glass sent them the installation invoice, they received the glass from InTech and came to our house to install. The whole process from contacting InTech and Adventure Auto Glass to the installation was amazing. The techs that showed up at the house were knowledgeable, courteous and very skilled at what they do. HIGHLY recommend contacting them for any auto glass work. They will certainly be the only place we go to get glass work done.

These guys do absolutely EXCELLENT work. From beginning to end my experience was a great one. They had very competitive pricing, listened to my issues at hand, and then performed their work flawlessly. I had a leak coming into my Jeep somewhere on the passenger side and had narrowed the cause down to the current windshield. Not only did they fix the windshield with better quality glass, but also added extra protective coverings on the top. Dave the shop manager listened to my explanation of the leak and also found a screw missing under the seals on my door which was another leak spot in addition to the windshield. They fixed that at no charge. I dropped the car off and when the work was done they even dropped my Jeep back off to me at work on the way to a field job they had in the area. Do yourself a favor and use these guys for your auto glass needs. I will be back, and will recommend them to all of my friends.

I've used a lot of glass repair shops, and this company by far beats them out!!! I had a damaged windshield in my semi, pulled up, checked in and was in the bay within 5 minutes. Little hiccup with the style of the windshield but 15 minutes later it was resolved Went outside to make a couple business calls, by the time I made it to the lobby and popped open a complimentary sprite, the office manager was telling me I was done!!! It took them maybe 30 minutes. Staff was very polite and professional, would highly recommend and will be doing repeat business with them.

What took me so long? I kept putting off replacing the windshield on my 2007 Motorhome. Finally, this past Sunday, I dedicated some time to search for a glass installer who could come to my house for the job. After scheduling an appointment for the following day and answering a few simple questions, Safelite reached out to confirm the details. They assured me someone would be at my house between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. On Monday, the Glass Technician, James, called around noon to let me know he'd arrive in 30 minutes. True to his word, he showed up on time, and we met in the driveway. Despite my initial hesitation to distract him with questions about the process, James encouraged me to ask, ensuring me he'd still do an excellent job. Our conversation turned to our military backgrounds - mine in the Army, his in the Marines - and we bonded over shared experiences. Even with my inquiries, James efficiently replaced the windshield, demonstrating his skill and pride in working for Safelite. Throughout the process, James was polite, patient, and meticulously detailed. If Safelite continues to employ professionals like James, I won't hesitate to use their services again in the future.
