This was an insurance company-initiated repair of damage caused by another party. The damage was relatively minor but did require replacement of an entire door. We're so grateful we selected Caliber Muncie North over the other shop offered! We can't say enough about how well we were treated and about the outstanding quality of the work. Everyone there we dealt with was amazingly kind and helpful. We received a text every day to keep us updated, and best of all the work was completed three days earlier than promised. Thank you, Caliber!

I had a walnut fall out of a tree and hit my windshield while driving on Thursday evening after work. On Friday morning, I submitted it to insurance and decided to call around for a better out of pocket price rather than paying my deductible or who they recommended. Let me save you some time! Patriot Auto Glass had the best prices out of 6 places that I called (By Far!), They were also able to get me in the quickest, and were the only company willing to come to me so I didn't have to take time off work (that's a plus, right?!). Brock (the owner) stayed in communication with me the night before and day of, narrowing down the time frame (which is something I requested due to my job and to better accommodate him). They pulled up at 4:25pm and got started right away. He came up to the door when he was finished and was very professional. My husband cracked some jokes with him while he took care of the bill and then he quickly gave me some instructions. At 4:47pm they were pulling away! I would (and will) recommend them to anyone that needs their windshield replaced!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I had an overall amazing experience! Being able to go online to get my quote and then book my appointment was easy and great! From the beginning everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful! The day of my appointment the tech called when he was on the way(which was on time) to let me know he was almost to me, and from there I was texted every step! After he was done with installation and cleaning up, he came and knocked on the door to let me look at the window to make sure i was satisfied! He did an amazing job and it didn’t take long at all! He was kind and answered all my questions! I definitely had a 10/10 experience! Hope I won’t need Safelite again but if I ever do they will most definitely be who I use!
