2020 Auto Glass

My driver side window of my 2020 Toyota Corolla had been pelted with a rock on Sunday and I had called around for a window replacement and stumbled upon 2020 AutoGlass. So, I gave them a call on Monday morning and they were able to get a window by the end of the day and for a great price. Lorenzo and his team were very kind, professional and courteous. They even offered some refreshments while I waited, which was unexpected and extremely nice of them. They are a good group of people and I would definitely recommend coming here if you are in need of a new window for your vehicle. If you come here and get a little lost, just look for the 2020 AutoGlass vans and you will find it no problem. Thanks again guys!

I highly recommend this shop. I have a handicap van my husband drives and the door came off track and when pulling it open broke the back window. After getting the door fixed, I needed the back side window replaced. Lorenzo answered the phone the couple times I called. He is kind and was able to get me in right away. I was so thankful as this is the only vehicle my husband can get around in due to his power chair. Lorenzo asked me about what happened. He asked me about my husband and what happened with his brain injury. He is just so kind and so compassionate, and so sincere. I called 2020 auto glass because of issues with my driver window not rolling up , everyone else told me I’d have to replace the window fully without finding out what exactly was wrong. Upon speaking to Lorenzo he asked me to bring it in immediately so he can make sure the components in the window are working properly. Turned out I didn’t need a new window just needed to replace the window regulator. He was able to order the part and get the window fixed by end of day. Staff is very welcoming, environment is clean, and there is a nice waiting room for customers. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone in need of some glass work.

Not sure what more I can say that other reviews have not already mentioned! Great price! Great work! Great hospitality! Great communication! Quick and easy, they have a little waiting room with AC, restroom, refreshments, etc! The following day I texted them because I noticed a tiny warp in the glass, due to a manufacturing error, not caused by their work! I was called back immediately to address my concern and they got me back in to get it replaced! Honestly learned more about my windshield than I expected, they explained what I needed to do post installation (easy), very knowledgeable team and takes great care for their craft!

When the tornado ripped though Urbandale, Windsor Heights and Des Moines on 7/15/24 my car was left with a shattered windshield (and more) by an airborne tree. Unfortunately, being an older car I only have liability insurance. Lorenzo reached out to me (as I follow their business fb page) and he gave me a very reasonable price as well as offered mobile services. After I agreed, I had a new windshield within 24 hours in my own driveway! Very polite and professional customer service and the quality of their work will lead me to highly recommend them to anyone I know needing their services. Thank you all!

I had an amazing experience with 2020 Auto Glass! They were super accommodating from start to finish and made the whole windshield replacement process smooth and stress free. The repair was very quick, and I waited at the shop where they were very hospitable while I waited. They followed up afterward to make sure everything was holding up well, which I really appreciated. My windshield looks perfect. On top of that, their pricing was far better than other major glass repair companies I looked into. Just some backstory. I was exiting i-80 to merge onto i-235 behind a truck that was hauling a mini excavator. A few seconds later, rock hits my shield. Once the weather shifted to a warming trend the chip out spider-ed into my field of vision. I talked to a gent where I work & he did recommend this business. I am glad I chose wisely. Awesome business, they were able to come to me & do the shield replacement at my job. The estimated time to do the work was right on. I highly recommend these folks for your auto glass needs

2020 Auto Glass was prompt to reply to me and set me up with an appointment the next day for a windshield replacement. They even came out after the snowstorm to make sure it was taken care of. They had a nice, clean waiting area, a restroom, and a stocked fridge full of drinks and snacks. I only was there about 35 minutes. Best of all they quoted me $30 less than the other businesses I called! They were super friendly and I highly recommend to anyone needing a windshield replaced. Thank you!

I called Lorenzo Wednesday he took me in Thursday all other shops a week or 2 wait. I expressed concern I want original equipment. For folks who don't know there are cheaper knock offs with blurred glass. Lorenzo set me up with original equipment and 30% less than big stores. Talked to his crew day of install and they were professional and nice. Windshield install was great. I will recommend and return to Lorenzos 2020 Auto Glass. Thank you Lorenzo, Richard

Best priced around town, definitely made us part of the family as we waited for our windshield to get done. As most places are all about business, not this place. If u want ur needs met and to kill time talking about whatever. This place is definitely it!. Originally quoted 375 for my Volvo, after completion price was dropped to mine having a different glass specs. Gladly recommend this place especially done in half n hour to 45 mins.
