I don't think it's fair that Safelite stop hiring in Iowa period all because of Mediacom internet service. I don't use Mediacom because it terrible. But at the same time, there are other Internet services here in Cedar Rapids, IA so I don't know why they feel the need not to wanna hire here again. But we live in a time now where people don't care if everyone makes a living for themselves. But that doesn't stop anything. You can make a living for self if yourself as I am currently doing, I'm running. My own business..I wouldn't dare treat people the way some of these other companies do now.

Called to try to talk to a person, no one available and then they hang up on you. Try to use online appointment however sunroof is not an option, so can't be done?? Would like to talk to a person.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

I don't understand their hiring policy. Was told I didn't have enough customer service experience. But my friend with no customer service was hired.

There lying fake theifing people who are to lazy to look at cameras and would blame others for there doing

Hated working for them in the call center but you can't even see where the repair is. Amazing!

Awesome company and easy to work with when your glass breaks or chips.

Love my job. Being able to add support when needed is satisfying.
