So far 5 stars. They were cheaper than everyone else. We scheduled an appointment, and were told 1 to 2 hours. They got it done in less than 2 hours. It looks good. Not the exact match to the factory glass as this has a blue tint at the top of the glass. Should work fine. 03/04/24, don’t notice the tint at the top of the windshield glass. No problems with the new windshield. I would definitely visit here again if I need replacement glass for my car. 04/28/25 No problems with the new glass. If I ever need replacement glass for another one of my vehicles, this is where I will come.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! SHORT VERSION... IF YOU ARE NOT A DEALERSHIP, DON'T TRUST YOUR PERSONAL CAR TO THEM, LOWEST PRICES FOR A REASON!!! LONG VERSION KEEP READING... I Took my car in on a Monday to have a simple windshield replacement. Should have been, pull the old one out, put the new one in, simple right? NO. My red flag should have been when the front desk girl said that they focus on commercial accounts. The morning after picking my car up from having the windshield replaced, I noticed that they left huge knife gouges in my dash. I tried calling them back and was sent to an off-site representative, they said they would call me back shortly to figure out how to fix this GROSS OVERSIGHT. After 24 hours they had still not called me back, so I had to go back in person taking time out of my day to show them the issue and have them fix it. (During that time) I had to go get a quote from the local dealership to show how much it was going to cost to have this part replaced. (Taking more valuable time from my commitments!) When I took it in the front desk girl made the offhanded comment that "this has happened before on an Audi"... It took two days for her and the on-site employees to get a hold of the "owner" to find out if they were going to fix the damage... (It does not take two days to get a hold of anyone anymore!) Once they finally decided that they were going to have my dash fixed they wanted to have a small company come in and fill in the holes instead of replacing the entire part. I told them that was not acceptable and that I wanted to part completely replaced, we had to wait a further 3 days for the part to come in before they can fix it. We are now 9 days total of time and unnecessary work on my part and theirs. And when I went to pick up the car their windshield techs had left the doors open and drained the battery to the point that it had to be jumped. So now I have a possible compromise battery in the vehicle that my wife and very young kids have to use! So I get to worry about the battery dieing on my family, or spend even more money to go have it replaced! The front desk girl was always nice but reluctant to offer any kind of solution when asked about anything, wanting to differ to the "owner". So I assume they do not have an onsite manager... And the company is addressed in California. When I asked about a possible goodwill discount they absolutely refused, thinking that that was out of the question. This overall experience was very time wasting and caused me to lose the possible sale of this car. THEY WERE THE LOWEST PRICE, AND I NOW KNOW WHY!! I will definitely pay more to not have this type of experience again.

On Wednesday June 12th I arrive at 8:30 a:m to your shop to have the windshield replaced on my truck. Within 10 minutes of my arrival a gentleman pulled into the shop. I overheard him inform an associate he had a windshield replaced there week prior and now it's leaking. Upon hearing that I asked the associate if he would be the one providing the windshield service on my truck. He stated yes, I simply asked him to make sure it's done right. Approx 15 minutes into my service the same associate asked if he could speak with me. He informed me that while taking off the bottom plastic cowl part at the bottom of the windshield it's cracked. Looked to be approx 7 inch crack. He could see the frustration on my face. He then stated he would replace the part for me no charge and asked me if I still wanted him to finish the service. I stated yes and went back into the waiting room. Approx 20 minutes later he came into waiting room to inform that the service was complete. I then paid the bill . He did not provide me with a receipt only when I requested one did he print it out for me. I also asked if he would put in writing on the receipt to replace part he cracked while providing service and sign he name next to it. He wrote down replacing cal on receipt but refused to sign his name or give me his name when I asked. He stated I was asking to much for him to sign his name. At this point I'm very upset. I asked to speak to the manager, he stated he is the manager. He still refused to give me his name more than once. He stated he would call later in the day to order part. He stated he would also call me the same day to keep me informed. In frustration I walked out of the waiting room into the service area and asked the 2 other associates what his name was and 1 stated Dylan is his name. I'm not sure if he was being honest or not. I have not heard from the self proclaimed manager or anyone else from the shop. It's been 2 days so far. Also he wasn't wearing anything that would identify him as a manager! By the way I'm a manager in hospitality and know how a manager shoulld present him or her self and how to conduct businesses in a professional manner! Also on my way from the shop I noticed my rearview mirror was shaking because he did not tighten it properly. Also the hood was not properly secured it was down semi latched but not all the way down. I had to exit the highway when I noticed and properly secure it! Terrible Customer Service! Make it right!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I cannot stress enough. Spend the extra $$ and go with safelite. Initially seemed great. Cheaper cost for windshield replacement, and labor. BUT, the issues have been abundant since having my windshield replaced here. They left knife marks in my dash, there is damage to my paint all around my windshield on the exterior of my window like they took a blade to the parameter. The seal at the bottom of my windshield does not lay correctly. On top of those issues, the tech touched all over the interior roof of my vehicle leaving fingerprints and black marks. My interior is a light grey so these were extremely noticeable. I brought both the knife marks and the dirty material on my interior to their attention, along with rattling I heard when initially leaving. They tried to tell me “well if it doesn’t leak it’s fine” ABSOLUTELY NOT. I brought my vehicle in with ZERO rattling noise I should be taking it home the same if not better. They fixed the rattling stating it was my rear view mirror, and the real kicker, WIPED THE INTERIOR WITH A CLEANER. This left liquid stains and anyone who is experienced with interior materials on the roof knows this needs to be steam cleaned. I was told a manager would call me back to address the knife marks on my dash. I took time off work to take my car back in when the manaager stated he would “be there all day and doesn’t take lunch” I came midday, and he was not there. Receptionist stated they were short staffed and he was out doing a mobile replacement. Her husband apparently worked there as well and was with said manager. She tracked their location while I was standing there and said they were 15 min away. She called them and he said “I don’t have an exact time we’ll be back” upon the tech attempting to clean my interior and fix the rattling I was handed my keys to leave. (Mind you I was very patient and caused no events) manager shows up as I was leaving and didn’t say a word to me. I was told before leaving by the receptionist that I was going to get a call back from said manager and NOTHING. Apparently his name is Forest. Haven’t heard a word from them now a month later. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. THEY WILL CAUSE MORE DAMAGE AND INCONVENIENCE THAN WORTH THE $80 SAVED FROM USING ANOTHER COMPANY.

Great service: honest, thoughtful, and professional staff. They replaced a cracked windshield for me in 2023 and helped me out again a year later when the same windshield fogged over. I couldn’t get it clean using normal methods and figured moisture must’ve gotten between the layers of glass and I would have to get it replaced again. Not great news, but I commute and almost had an accident the night it fogged up due to low visibility, so I didn’t have much choice. After looking it over, the folks at Auto Glass told me there was nothing wrong with the windshield: the “fog” was really just dirt that had accumulated during a stay in a poorly maintained carport. They could’ve taken advantage of the situation to charge me for unnecessary work, but instead they recommended an effective cleaner for a good price, cleaned my windshield, and sent me on my way at no charge.

Do not use this business! I had a horrible experience! Sent my car in to get a new windshield and my husband picked it up and noticed huge gouges to my dashboard. My husband contacted them immediately and asked that this be fixed now! Took the business a week and a half to fix their mistake. When he went in to pick up the car he asked about reimbursement for the windshield for the all the time, inconvenience, and finances that it put on our family. But the receptionist said that they couldn't do that. So a simple bring your car in and get it back in a couple hours turned into a huge burden on my family. A business whose values are "prioritizing the customer, their experience, and timeliness of repair" was not meet or acknowledged. So take your car somewhere else!!!!!

Most of my issues were with scheduling. First time I called was to set up a mobile appointment, they come to me. The day of the appt comes and nobody showed up. So I called and the lady said “oh, she scheduled you in shop at ____” which was almost an hour from me and made no sense since I KNOW she got my address several times. We finally got it rescheduled only to find out then that the mobile service was down. Fine. Rescheduled 3 more times after that for various issues within their system. FINALLY got in yesterday and the quality of work? Great. The people in shop? Amazing. They did great and I’d go back to deal with JUST that shop. The scheduling system needs work.

Overall they did a good job, but they didn’t bother saving my turnpike sticker or my oil change sticker. They never called me to tell me it was ready. I drove by and saw it in the parking lot so I just went in and asked if it was done and it was. I asked them about my turnpike sticker and the tech who did the work seemed like he couldn’t care less about the hassle of getting another one for me and he gave me the impression that I’m being unreasonable for wanting them to save it. It’s ashame that something that small is the reason I won’t be back.

They didn't have the man power to do my windshield on the weekend so they rescheduled for later. This was a two hour drive and they were open for at least an hour before I arrived. I should have been told before arriving. However the service was great. I think the windshield isn't perfectly aligned with the top of the car. There is an obvious slope in the windshield from one corner to the next. This works though. So 4/5 for not calling me Saturday ahead of my arrival and for not getting the windshield perfect. Otherwise the service was great

TESLA OWNERS, beware!!! Do not bring your vehicle here!!! My Tesla was damaged while in their care for a windshield replacement. The rearview mirror was damaged and no longer auto-dims. The Autopilot cameras were knocked out of calibration and will not calibrate properly. The vehicle was also returned dirty, with trim pieces not properly reinstalled. The business denied responsibility and refused to provide any compensation. I would not recommend using their service, especially for Teslas in the future.
