Thank you José and your staff for taking care of me and my abuela yesterday! Awesome service awesome restaurant! I highly recommend this family if you are in the area or passing through Topeka and are having car trouble! My Jeep broke down right in front of the shop I was on my way from Junction City KS to Bowling Green KY when my battery drained from a bad alternator they not only helped me push it onto their lot José helped me replace my battery terminals,tested my battery after trying to charge it multiple times, they allowed me to take my grandma to the restaurant on the other side to get out of the heat, they have the best burritos I have ever tasted in my life, they were also super friendly. They could’ve told me sorry we’re busy or told me to go somewhere else but they stopped everything and took care of us! He was also very Honest and looked me in the eye while talking to me and recommended things that I needed and not just to make money because he wanted to make sure we made it back to KY! My Jeep Grand Cherokee runs like new now. If u are in the area please check out this honest hardworking family!!!!! Thanks again EMC AUTO REPAIR!!!!!

So so so happy with King Auto Glass! I had a chip in my windshield that safelite came to "repair." A week later the chip had grown into a crack clear across my windshield. I called safelite and they claimed it was a failed repair and now I needed to replace my windshield for nearly $500. I decided to call around and get some other quotes and the last call I made was to King Auto Glass. I spoke to Nancy on the phone and she was awesome. Very nice and professional. I was quoted more than half of what I would have paid with safelite! Not only did they save me money, they also got the job done on the same day I called. King Auto Glass saved me so much time and money, I highly suggest King Auto Glass!!!!

After checking several other auto glass businesses in town and finding that Midwest was the least expensive option of those that could work me in quickly, I scheduled a time with them to have my cracked windshield replaced. I dropped off my car at their shop before they opened and then, later in the day while at the office, I noticed that my calendar was showing that I had actually missed my appointment and had dropped my car off on the wrong day. I called Midwest to explain what had happened fully expecting that I would have to reschedule. To my complete amazement they said, "Not to worry! We kept your replacement glass on hand for awhile in case you came in later. We will get you worked in with today's jobs and get you taken care of before the end of the day". I had thought that service like that was dead and gone these days! These people are the best and are now my "go to" place for all things relating to auto glass! They were AWESOME to work with!! My insurance was being a pain & trying 2 make me use their "glass program" -aka: safelite....BUT, did u know as a customer/consumer, you DONT HAVE to use them? Most smaller places can do the same services for equal/less money, PLUS, you are supporting local instead of a monopoly!! Safelite "owns" the glass program for ALL insurance companies except Shelter....You DO NOT have to go with them & let them threaten you into paying more! I learned A LOT talking to the KS insurance commissioner. If your insurance & Safelite are trying to bully, lie, give you discounts to come to them, DONT TAKE THE BAIT!!! You have the right to choose where you want to take your vehicle, especially if they are comparable & pay ONLY your deductible! In my case, Safelites quote (when I could finally get one) was WAY more expensive! AND, they were cheating the local place through insurance trying 2 say they would pay way less than half of what their cash value was. You have rights as a consumer!! We finally got things settled with Rick Star once I turned info into the KS Insurance Commissioners office, when they started looking into all the deceptions & discrepancies, it's amazing how fast insurance can make things happen! Rock Star was so helpful & patient working with me during this process & very accommodating, transparent & kept open communication!! When they say customer service matters to them, they mean it, the big companies don't! Worth a try!
