I can’t say enough good things about Eddie at Affordable Windshields! My 2017 Ford Explorer Limited had a windshield leak and faulty A-pillars, which are part of a current Ford recall. Eddie replaced the windshield and addressed the defective A-pillars. Unfortunately, the replacement A-pillar covers came off within a couple of days, but Eddie was on top of it. He contacted his supplier, fought to get new parts, and despite being given a hard time and not reimbursed for the defective parts, he replaced them without charging me a dime. Throughout the entire process, Eddie was transparent, showing me issues I wasn’t even aware of, like my previously replaced windshield. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I just got my truck back, and everything looks great so far. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Eddie at Affordable Windshields is your guy! Highly recommend! 10/10! *My truck is currently parked in garage- soon as I get a full frontal pic I will share!

Back in April a rock damaged my windshield. I requested OEM windshield to be installed. Rite-way honored my request and ordered the glass. When it arrived in May it arrived damaged and had to be reordered. A week ago Allen, the owner, called me. He said that he was going thru the files and noticed that my replacement was still waiting on OEM. Allen patiently coached me thru manufacturing process and assured me that he could get it done with same quality glass. Steve the installer arrived promptly at 8am and installed my glass. Please thank the sweet lady in the office for taking care of the details. Allen you and your team are amazing.
