I discovered Accurate Windshield Repair because I had experienced yet another chip in my windshield from a rock! I decided to go with Accurate Windshield Repair because they held the highest satisfaction rating for this service in all of Baton Rouge! After giving these guys a call, it became clear exactly why that is the case! Mr. Rick was as personable and friendly as they come, and there’s no other person I’d rather entrust my truck to. I told him about a time I got a chip in my new truck’s windshield in Alabama that I was charged nearly $200 to repair. The chip that Mr. Rick repaired today was close to the chip that occurred in Alabama and I can say emphatically that Mr. Rick’s repair from Accurate Windshield was a much cleaner repair for a fraction of the costs!!! The spot that was repaired from Accurate Windshield is almost entirely unnoticeable! If you’re in the Baton Rouge area and in need of windshield repair, look no further! There’s no other service I’d rather recommend to my friends and loved ones in Baton Rouge! Very helpful and friendly for quick windshield repairs. They help confirm that your auto insurance will cover the cost. This is a small operation, so they are not always around, so it is best to call ahead and check first of you are not already nearby. As long as the damage is smaller than a dollar bill, most insurance will cover the repair. Larger cracks likely require the whole windshield to be replaced. I have used them twice for repairs due to rocks kicked up by trucks, and both repairs went very well.

Affordable was a life saver for us. Broken back glass from a lawnmower. Called insurance company they set us up with another company. Our family had covid an at the last second they cancelled our appointment. I understand how scary this is. The technician never called me back or another person from the office. I was beside myself. I was at 1st skeptical because I read other reviews across the country but don't use those for Baton Rouge and the other one I'm not sure about.. This guy from AGF's came out and was an older fellow, very organized,professional and courteous . He worked hard and pretty quick I'd say an hour and a half exactly what he told me. I let the car sit all day before driving it to let it dry. Everything went smooth as glass haha ! Would highly recommend them for a insurance deal or any other windshield problems. Saw another review on AGF's of baton rouge by someone at Williamson Eye Center and all I can say is that somebody needs to go take a swift look in the mirror because that was the slowest place I've ever been too and left a review there also. !!

I had a good experience with Auto Glass Now from the first conversation. I was assisted by a professional and knowledgeable sales representative named Pam. My experience and interaction with her was very positive and personal. I was very grateful for the facts she gave me about their products and the warranty included with the purchase. Without me asking Pam offered me a discount up front. I called other auto glass companies to make sure I did my homework. I actually got a lower price from one of them, but their presentation left something lacking. I like that they ask for your VIN number which insures a correct product fit. The facility is very clean. The staff is very professional and friendly. My wait time was about an hour. That was very reasonable to me. I have, and will, recommend them to others.
