The customer service is unmatched. They went to my house to check out if a crack in my windshield could be fixed or not. He filled both the crack I talked about on the phone, and another chip that I was kicking myself because I forgot to mention it. He was patient when I wasn't answering right away, and flexible to fit my schedule. Overall an awesome experience!

Reza was punctual and very professional and comes with well over 3 decades of experience doing windshield installs as a family business. His quote was more than fair - almost 1/2 the price of large competitors - and he didn't push the need for recalibration on me since he mentioned that 99% of the time it wasn't needed and he was right. He was able to get to me within 2 days in the Boyds / Germantown area. He was done in 45 minutes and his experience shows though in his workmanship. He made his process look easy, but being handy myself - even if I had the specialized tools he did - I'd be looking at most of a day and would not know myself if it'd be successful. Someone once told me that you can only choose 2 out of the 3 at best when it comes to a product or service. It is faster, cheaper or better. In this rare case, I think I got all 3.

First I want to say these guys gave me beyond a five-star experience! I searched google maps for windshield repairs.. It was great from the first phone call for a price and the price was right! I live quite far from their location in point of rocks, MD and they traveled out to me with no problem NEXT DAY! I own a prelude which isn’t too common also.. Two guys showed up on time, (with masks due to COVID) and called me before arrival. They were respectful and connectable and finished in a very timely manner. They even gave me some valuable info on the work that had been done on my car/ windshield in the past. Great work team. Ray was so courteous over the phone, and the technician (forgetting his name at the moment) was communicative, on time, professional, speedy AND did a wonderful job fixing our windshield. I am incredibly impressed with how quickly they fit us in too (next day service). I was going to go with one of the big chain glass repair companies— but decided to look for a small business instead— RIGHT CHOICE. I don’t normally write reviews but the great experience I have had with Shine city and Edger (owner). The experience is superb from the initial appointment call, is a great start with the ease of setting up the appointment. The convenience factor of Edger showing up a little early to ensure my location had the space for what he need to do with the repair. The overall experience was streamlined and worth free which is rare in a world we worry about this and that. Edgar took care of everything so I honestly did was just to make that phone call to him.
