I’m very pleased with this company! Jill contacted me right after my dealer contacted them about my cracked windshield. We coordinated a day and time for them to come to my dealership and do the repair. They also put back everything I had on my windshield (easy pass and inspection sticker) in exactly the same places! Jill contacted me after the job was finished to make sure I was happy with it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a windshield replacement.

My car was vandalized earlier this week including a shattered windshield! We were going away on Friday and I needed my car ready to go by Thursday evening! My insurance company normally uses Safelite but with all the rain we’ve been having, I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere! I asked my insurance company for other glass companies they work with and they suggested New Glass Now! I worked with Melinda at the Freeport St site in Dorchester. She was amazing and my savior. She ordered my windshield and had it within 24 hours. I dropped my car off the night before and Darren, the glass tech, assured me that he’d get going on it first thing in the morning. By 9:30, Darren called stating my car was ready! He let me know what he had done and asked if I had any questions. When I picked up my car, Melinda gave me all the instructions I needed and I was so delighted with the work that was done! I am so happy that I used New Glass Now instead of Safelite! The work was done on my schedule, (36 hours from my 1st phone call!) done well by very capable staff! THANK YOU NEW GLASS NOW!!!

Called around to a few places and F&F had the most reasonable price. They take their time and are really friendly. Had my Accord sedan with sunroof tinted for less than $200. The tiny bubbles were gone in about 3 days as promised. My windows look excellent! Definitely recommend!!!!

These guys were amazing. They quoted me on the spot for both OEM and other replacement glass and spent time explaining the differences. Their team came to me less than a day later and did both and front and back glass repair on a perfectly kept classic 2005 BMW 325i. I watched for fun and they took meticulous care to make sure everything was done properly right down to replacing my EZ Pass back on the new windshield with fresh velcro they keep in stock. Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for quality work and not someone who is just going to do a rush job and not get things right.
