All I had to do was call New World Auto Glass (I was referred by a log-time friend), take the car keys out of my pocket and sign my name. They took care of everything else- called my insurance agent and did all the paperwork. There wasn't the slightest scratch on my car, and he even vacuumed the carpet when he was done. It rained for two days after the new windshield was installed and no leaks. He even reinstalled my MassPass transponder exactly where it was on the old windshield. My car was 10 years old with it's original windshield full of pits, so I was delighted to get a new one paid by my insurance company and equally glad I called New World Auto Glass to do the job.
