My front windshield had a crack and I submitted a claim through my insurance. They said it would be completely covered and that I can get it fixed by Safelite, which is who they go through. I had a technician come out to me to try and repair the crack without replacing the whole screen, and it did not work. So they scheduled me to just have the whole windshield replaced (still completely free). I came to this Framingham location and received top tier service. The woman working the front desk (she's blonde - I don't remember her name) was very courteous, let me wait inside while I waited for my ride, and was communicative throughout the entire process - letting me know if something comes up I can come right back. The replacement took no longer than 2 hours and the windshield is now brand new with no issues. Very easy and comfortable experience where they get the job done correctly!
