This is the 2nd consecutive year I've had my Goldwing state inspection at Affordable Auto Glass. Both times the experience was favorable. There is a nice, air conditioned waiting room. A few other bike owners were there at the same time since no appointments are made, this being a "first come first served" inspection station. But, it's not a problem; wait-time was minimal. Last year the owner did my inspection. This year one of his employees did it. Both times the experience was professional and honest. The only negative for me was that no cash would be accepted; only debit or credit card. I prefer paying by cash (still legal tender) as an option for any type of business here in the United States. Overall the experience was good. I would go again.

After my car was broken into and the glass was shattered, I called all around looking for a place to get it fixed quickly with the weather decreasing. I gave them a call and they had the best price in town. The service performed in less than 3 hours even though they did not have the glass in stock when I dropped off my vehicle. When I received the call that the work was complete and went to pay, I was in a rental car and would have had to Uber back to pick up the vehicle. The owner was nice enough to drive my vehicle home for me to avoid all that I would had to do alone! I would give this place 10 stars ⭐️ if I could! Can’t wait to have someone to refer to them for their exceptional service!!

Absolutely exceptional service!! I went there to get a new windshield and they told me not to put one in until I make sure that the problem I am having with fog is not due to another problem and they told me how to go home and make sure. The customer service rep cleaned my windshield professionally at no charge and spent a long time with me.

My car unfortunately was one of the college students cars that had to deal with break ins. My back passenger window was smashed and because I have an older Kia, the glad couldn’t be replaced right away. And then with a holiday long weekend in there as well, it took longer to get the glass. However, Safelite did everything that they could possibly do including give me advice on how to bag up the car window until it can be serviced. Then on the day of service, Joe, my Safelite representative was very friendly! He communicated to me when he would be there and didn’t make me wait long at all. We went over the car to ensure that anything on the car was prior damage or from the window break itself (such as scratches, paint peels or dents) to ensure nothing else was damaged, and then he did his work and it was done and replaced in about 40 minutes. He called me when it was done and went over everything with me and the whole time was friendly and did it with a smile. He also went over everything with the car and made sure to show me every part of the car door and window making sure it goes up and down and works properly. He ended his service with a firm handshake and a smile with even a happy thanksgiving right afterwards. Very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them as they were very helpful, especially to me as a female college student. Western Ma auto glass is definitely the place to go! I’ve been dealing with alot of car incidents that led me into being in a rental because I need a vehicle to work and make my money. I was so overwhelmed and concerned when I needed to replace my windshield due to a crack that took place in the top right of my rental. Stressing about not having a vehicle for an entire day when you need to work is not for the weak. But thanks to Candy and Tony THEY FIXED MY WINDSHIELD WITHIN TWO HOURS! I was in shock when I got the call that my vehicle was ready to be picked back up. These people are the best. Thank you guys!
