I had a crack in my windshield and also water was leaking into my passenger side through the rubber seal in the top right of my windshield. When my fiance sat in the passenger seat when she got up she noticed the whole seat was soaked and we discovered this at night so we couldn't do anything about it right then. And just my luck a blizzard was hitting where I live the next day so I had to get in fixed fast and in a hurry! And that is when I called up Master Glass in a panic and Luciana the manager answered and basically just told me to get there. So when I got there she had a new Mopar glass windshield already waiting to be put into my Dodge Challenger 392 hemi scatpack shaker which I just recently had purchased and saved up for a while to be able to buy my car so I was very nervous but Luciana assured me everything would be ok and not to worry. The worker Julio who put in my new windshield couldn't have done a better job and I came to find out he has a dodge challenger also so that made me feel good cause I knew then he knew how to work on those type of cars and that I was in the right hands.At the end of the day everything went perfect and my car was going to be saved from the blizzard that was starting that night! I dont know what I would have done if I didnt call Master Glass because they were excellent 5 star service and they basically saved my car from getting ruined and did it all in a couple hours. So if you ever have anything wrong with your car and it has to do with glass please do yourself a favor and call Master Glass you won't regret it! Thank you so much Luciana and Julio for your excellent service and saving my car: )

Update. I’m adding another 2 stars because SafeLite did the right thing. SafeLite replaced the windshield they originally installed incorrectly with a proper OEM piece of glass, paid the bill for the electric damage the dealer repaired ($2,400), and paid for the full detail of the interior ($400). The two added stars are for their good customer service and proof they do back their work fully. If I could leave zero stars i would!!! Replaced a windshield on my wife’s 2022 Jeep grand Cherokee. Jeep is only 2 years old and the entire electric system is shot! So far the repair bill is $4,000 and still counting. They used an after market windshield which they replaced 2 weeks ago. In addition the windshield leaked which enabled water to get into the electrical system, shorting out wiring. Car would run and doors wouldn’t lock or unlock. Even after the repair the car will never be right. Was a great car to and now it’s ruined. With new car costs so high it’s now 25 % to replace it so we see screwed. Safelite is terrible. Don’t use them!!
