These guys were super professional, quick, and really friendly. If you ever need any form of glass repaired on any vehicle give these guys a call! They came out to my house first thing in the morning, introduced themselves, and replaced the driver’s side door glass that shattered the night before on my way home and has the job done in under an hour. I appreciated the quality checks before they left - they wanted to make sure everything was good and I was satisfied. 5/5 would use again.

Overall, amazing experience! At first I was hesitant because I’ve only fixed my car at a dealership, but I read the reviews and decided to schedule a windshield replacement with Lucky Auto. To my surprise, they were able to replace my windshield at my workplace which was so convenient! Sam and his partner were friendly, professional, and fast. Price is reasonable and the quality is the same as those expensive glass repair shops. Highly recommend.

I called in 2023 to inquire about the cost of a windshield. I ended up selling the car, so I didn’t get it fixed with them. I just called again this week (1.5 years later) to fix 2 car windshields and I was turned away because I’m “using” them by not getting it fixed by them in 2023. They literally told me to call a different company because they won’t do business with me. Nobody is “using” you by getting a quote

Best service! I had made an appointment for my cracked windshield with safelite but their quote was very expensive. So I decided to try out Lucky Glass and Im happy I did! I called at noon and they quoted me and came to replace the windshield within an hour. David and Sam were very nice and worked so fast! My windshield is now looking better than new and their workmanship is clean.

I called for an estimate and it was the best price I received. They came and installed my windshield within a couple hrs of speaking with them. Sam and Dave was very nice and knowledgeable. Got the job done right in my driveway in less than an hr. I will definitely call back if ever needed and I will be telling everyone about Lucky auto glass and they wonderful employees. Thank you

Lucky Auto Glass was very prompt and they were nice. They were clean and got the job done in a timely manner. I Really appreciate it because I couldn’t move my car and they came to me and repair my window and vacuumed up the mess. Thank you so much Lucky Glass! I Just wish they were able to fix the little piece that was sticking out from when someone broke into my car.

Lucky Auto Glass is awesome! Dave and Sam were prompt, efficient, professional AND affordable!! They were able to come out the next day after my car window was busted out. I would have had to wait a week and be charged WAY more for a competitor to come out. Keep up the great work!! You are my new go to guys and I will recommend you to everyone I know!

I called for same day service in Farmington Hills and they were available. The repair happened within two hours. I called multiple companies and none of them were available same day or were very overpriced. Dave was very polite and prompt. Price was reasonable and receipt can be submitted to insurance company for a claim if you’d like.

I called to get a quote, and set up and appointment for a chip in my windshield. The person who answered the phone claimed they were all booked for the day and hung up on me. I wasn’t even given an opportunity to set an appointment or anything. Terrible customer service, you could do a lot better.

Lucky Auto Glass, a local company of two brothers that fix windshields. Came out and replaced the windshield on my Jeep today. Super deal, super quick service and did a great job. I was blown away at their response time. Would definitely recommend them and I would use them again if needed.
