I have used this locally owned business since 1994 for all of my windshield needs. As a business traveler I have needed City Auto Glass throughout the years. The professionalism and quality have always amazed me. They are very thorough and do a great job. It is apparent that the proper training has been in place. The service techs have always been very careful on the installs and have done a great job cleaning up. They also helped me out when I had a leak in my vehicle and had no clue where it was coming from. I drove to the shop and the tech was very good about explaining what he was checking for and fixed the problem at the same time. I am posting this on behalf of my father: Little Bob's Auto Body Repair is the best of the best. I have brought in 2 cars for total of 3 repairs. The 1st involved major body damage to our Suburban (insurance estimate around $11,000). When he completed the work, it looked like a new car and it was done in a timely fashion. The other 2 repairs represented much lesser body damage from striking objects while backing up. It was obvious that Bob was cognizant of the expense and the charges have been very reasonable for the work done. He returned my Yukon to normal each time, finishing the work in about one day. I was so pleased with his work this last time that I offered him a 20% tip; however, he refused the tip and told me he was happy to do the work. Amazing business. I called and Mike made the whole process super easy. All I had to do was call my insurance and Premier Auto Glass confirmed my appointment time. When I came to my appointment they got right to work and kept me informed as to what was going on. Two days ago my windshield was hit by a golf ball and it spiderwebbed down the passenger side. Today I have a nice new windshield that came with great service. I highly recommend their shop.

On Mother’s Day, while driving on I-90 a service truck threw a huge rock at my windshield. Since then it has continued to spider web. We called and they were able to squeeze us in the very next day. Super experience. I’ve never replaced a windshield before and I didn’t know what to expect. Very easy to schedule online. Fast easy check in. I was told about 1 1/2hrs and it was done in 45 minutes. The installer started working on it before my ride showed up to get me. Being I live out of town it was so nice to have it done so quickly so I didn’t have to waste my day off work waiting. Windshield is so clean and clear I can’t even tell there is glass in it. Pricing was much cheaper then I thought it would be to by a few hundred dollars or more on my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. I hope I don’t ever need to replace my windshield again however you got my business in the future if it’s needed.
