I never leave reviews for businesses but felt compelled to do so after my experience with Robert at Glass Masters Auto Glass. I was experiencing a "creaking" noise towards the dash/windshield area, especially at very low temps. Robert requested that we complete a test drive together so that I could confirm what noise I was experiencing. He immediately suspected the culprit, which turned out not to be an issue with the windshield itself, but rather an inherent flaw with a piece of moulding that abuts the windshield. He removed the moulding, applied a silicon lubricant, replaced the moulding & refused to charge me for the service. He did all of this in below 0 temps with a smile! Robert was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.
