I highly recommend Twin Cities Auto Glass. I’ve had them replace multiple windshields for me. They always get back to me quickly, are polite and professional, and walk me through the insurance process so it’s a breeze. They are very flexible as far as the install goes, with the technician meeting me at home or at work. I’ll definitelt continue to use them going forward!

It's funny how a simple thing, like fixing a glass chip on your windshield, can end up a very nice experience. The little things matter to me and Erik Walker (manager) hit every one in a positive way. We had a nasty glass chip on our three-week old vehicle (bought at Eich Motor, another great story). Twin Cities Auto Glass stops at Eich to repair these so we arranged to have it done. Erik showed up a few minutes early, started work on the chip right away, was very personable (in a good way), and shared information about the chip, the process and what I can expect. It did not take long and he was not bothered in any way that I sat outside and checked my email while he worked. Best experience yet with an auto glass business and the price was super reasonable. You can bet I will keep his business card handy.

We had an appointment booked to have our windshield replaced this am, it slipped my wife’s mind to leave her car home to have this done. As I was about to call the company to reschedule the appointment the technician called to say he was 15 min away. I broke the news to him and asked if I should cancel or if he could go to her work. Last minute switches can be some of the hardest things to deal with do to the level of frustration they cause. The technician never once showed any frustration or anger on the phone and willingly agreed to go to her work and fix the windshield! I am very pleased with the work done and the level of customer care that was shown today. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for glass work on their car! Thanks again for the excellent work!

I called to get my windshield replaced and talked to Shannon(?) She said they didn't have my windshield in stock and put me on hold to contact the dealership. Didn't get an answer at the time and said my car (2008) was likely too old and may be discontinued. She said she'd have an answer for sure by the next day. Next day comes and I received a voicemail saying that it in fact had been discontinued and suggested to go to a "UPull It" parts place. You kidding me?!? I scheduled with Safelite and am very pleased with their superior customer support and satisfaction! They dealt with the insurance claim and made everything a breeze!

I recently used Twin City auto glass to install a new windshield in my Ford pick up. They showed up when they said they would. Did an excellent job and I’m very pleased with their service. Prior to calling them. My insurance company had set up an appointment with Safelite. I was scheduled between eight and 12 on another day prior to having Twin City auto glass out to my home. Safelite never showed up nor called. At 4:30 PM when I reached out to them. They told me they had canceled and I would have to reschedule. I highly recommend using Twin City auto glass. I met Erik with Twin Cities Auto Glass at a networking event, and I happen to be looking for a quote on a replacement of a windshield. He came in under his competitors and got the job. He came out himself to replace the van windshield. Within no time he was completed with the install. I would recommend them to anyone as they arrived on time, professional, and polite. I smoked what I thought was a bald eagle today on my way to work. Turns out it was my neighbors farm duck. Anyway...It shattered my windshield and the scared the @*%$ out of me! I was able to limp my truck to work. Called these guys at Twin cities Autoglass and they came right to my work and fixed it within a few hrs. Super friendly and easy process.
