The team at Advantage Auto Glass is absolutely top notch; very professional, excellent communication, and beautiful work; don't waste your time elsewhere! After calling around I found Advantage Auto glass and received a quote from John W.; the price was EXTREMELY reasonable so I asked to make an appointment. The situation was challenging as my glass was broken in a parking structure and I did not want to drive anywhere, so he made special note and said they could get to me in under 24hrs. I received a confirmation email with my tech's name and estimated TOA. The tech, Marcos M., called ahead that morning to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time with a vehicle that fit inside of the parking structure. Marcos was very easy to work with; he cleaned the broken glass out of my vehicle, installed the new glass, and cleaned around the area of my car where the glass was replaced to remove any fingerprints he may have left. TOP NOTCH!

They were on time, very accommodating (because it was snowing and I didn’t have a garage) so they picked the van up from my house, brought it to shelter, did the repair, and returned the van to me, for no extra charge. 2nd experience - Well, City Auto Glass is 2 for 2 now! A rear window on my vehicle was broken in an attempted theft and the first company that came to mind was City Auto Glass. Once again they delivered in ALL areas. Kind service over the phone making the appointment, the service tech Travis was early for the appointment and he went above and beyond the call of duty and it was repaired/replaced in a very short time. In many cases they will come to you to do the work! I highly recommend them for the second time. Thanks City Auto Glass. 1st experience - My auto insurance company referred me to 2 local windshield repair companies. I called the first number, City Auto Glass and from start (making appointment) to finish (new windshield installed at my apartment building), everything was really excellent. Tino did the installation and was kind, friendly and professional. He even went out of his way, after he realized they gave him the wrong windshield, to get the right one and came back a short while later. It was more work than I realized and he breezed through it like a pro. My morning started out pretty rough after I shattered my rear window backing into a metal overhang. Fortunately, I had Jeremy to come do my repair, and he made my day infinitely better! Per the website, the earliest available time slot for my window replacement was tomorrow morning. However, within 30 minutes of filing a claim (and 20 minutes before his shop officially opened), Jeremy called to schedule a service time. Jeremy was professional, communicated that he would need access to an outlet, and was incredibly prompt. He showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled service and replaced my rear window within an hour. All throughout, Jeremy kept me informed on what he was doing and let me know if there were any issues. He even helped remove a speaker grill cover that somehow disintegrated due to being so old. My windsheild cracked during my drive to work one day. I called in and the nice man on the phone squeezed me in for a replacement literally the next day since I worked 2nd shift. Got it all done within an hour and enjoyed lunch at a neighboring resturant. Drove away and realized I was getting headaches while driving. With the 1 year warranty that was provided, I was able to get an exchange and service at no extra cost. Brought it in and the guys here found the defect right away. Business is done well here. They were mobile and we worked a day and time that worked for us. David did an amazing job and went above and beyond. He has background knowledge of car repairs. * Quick Edit: Went there a second time for a van side window replacement. SAME GREAT PEOPLE and experience! I really enjoyed my experience working with this shop for a windshield replacement. They communicated great, the woman who books stuff and answers your call is awesome. She knows what's going on and very knowledgeable about a lot of specific glass stuff through experience. I was recommended to have mine replaced on site because I drive a monster truck. I'm being silly, it's a box truck. It does have stamped "SUPER DUTY" on it, so that means it's almost a monster truck. The tall dude that did the install was super nice and fantastic. He reminded me my wiper gears were kinda wacked, which I forgot about. He also gave um a quick fix. Per his suggestion I took the truck, and crappy wiper gears, to get replaced at the closest dealership because they were under warranty... possibly? They were! Anyways, it's fun to have a brand new clean windshield inside and out for a few days! The glue smell for a day may be a turnoff for some, but you'll get that anywhere. Great timely service and much less expensive than another quote I was given. Like $300 cheaper! Plus, this is what Safelite seemingly are pros at. Oh, I forgot to ask if they'd let me smash my old windshield with a baseball bat to get rid of some aggression! Next time a rock decides to take a crack at it first, I'll come back to this shop for sure. I hope they let me smash my old glass next time! I'd love if manufacturers could add an optometrist Rx to the glass specifically for you! Finally, you wouldn't have to fumble around with silly eyeglasses while driving! What a nuisance, right!? Best part, only YOU could legally drive your vehicle! Certainly crooks would be scared off! -Tu©
