After taking my car to a shop where they did basically nothing and charge me $600, I called this place because they told me at the shop I needed to get my windshield camera calibrated. I don’t know who I spoke with, but you can tell this people is so professional and they care about their business and their customers. He asked me about the issue with my car and after I explained, he was 100% honest with me and said they couldn’t fix it because it was something deeper going on with my car.. he even said “take it to the dealer an they will be able to help you, otherwise you will be throwing your money away here and there” Y’all have no idea how much I appreciated his honesty. In the future I will definitely visit them to change my windshield. We don’t have many honest business owners anymore, but this guys.. THEY CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!!!

I am so thankful for Advanced Auto Glass by Joey. Two days before I was getting ready to leave Meridian to move to college, my passenger door window shattered to pieces due to a stone on the way back to Meridian from Jackson. Worried and stressed out, I called glass shops in Meridian to see who could pull me in the fastest to have a new window installed and tinted to match my other windows. Advanced Auto Glass quickly pulled me in without hesitation and worked around their previously-booked appointments to ensure I would be able to have my window installed before moving. Mrs. Rebecca who works the desk even helped me to locate a window to bring in. The quality of work is amazing as well; my window is working well, and the tint matches the rest of the windows. Recently, some glass pieces started to fall from inside the door from when the old glass shattered, and I brought it back in. They immediately booked me an appointment to remove the pieces from the door. Quality and professional work should never go unnoticed. These guys have it under their belt and are doing an amazing job. Thank you to their wonderful, kind staff for taking care of us.
