I was 1000 miles from home when I broke out the rear glass on my Truck. There was a little bend to the glass frame so other shops would not even look at it. This shop made sure I was able to get a temporary replacement installed on the same day so I could continue my trip. Now that I'm back home the damage was repaired and the glass installed permanently. Don't even bother with the big chain glass shops go to the small business owner and get better service and price. I was looking for a glass co. That did small , custom glass in addition to their primary business , for most co., This is auto wind shield replacement. I asked for a shop or places in my area, that could help from (Google, on finding a co. ) They supplied companies, none that could help me on small business walk up job. I needed one piece of glass to be a certain length and width , for a table I obtained , with no center piece of glass. A was given the name of A & B / Fast Glass, and I called ! A very knowledgeable and pleasant lady said they could handle my situation, asking what were the dimensions , and would my glass be on top of the table or placed in the table, this tells one what thickness the glass used would be a standard 3/16 " thickness. I was also given a choice of colors.she told me it would be ready the next day and a reasonable price . I was called and as promised and went to pick up my glass.meeting Mr Barnett,, it was his mom , at the front desk , he ran the operation and another younger Mr Barnett , was sent for my order, this was when I found this was a family run business and told they could do just about any job in glass, large or small ! I paid for my table glass,took a few photos,then left,.I was thinking,now Google has a company doing small custom jobs for customers, like myself ! I was a satisfied customer and highly recommend these folks .

Good experience setting up windshield replacement online. Easy to relate what work needed done, vehicle type and scheduling. Safelite gives you options for additional work/products like wiper blades if needed. I opted for just the windshield. Steven, the Safelite tech showed up when scheduled and went to work immediately. My car was parked right outside my office and I was able to watch him. It was a fascinating process, really. He had specialized tools and equipment to make the removal of the windshield look pretty easy, but I am sure it wasn't. Steven then cleaned the new windshield and the mating surface on my car to ensure that the adhesive would create a good seal and keep the glass on my car. Then it was a simple matter of lining up the windshield and pressing it firmly on the adhesive. He replaced the trim pieces and done. It only took about an hour, maybe a little bit more but all in all it was a quick process. Steven was very knowledgeable and skilled in his work. The professional he showed would recommend Safelite to any of my friends or family.

I've not only known the people all my life, but know that all the bad recommendations made about this business are completely false. The owner Doug and hid crew will do anything to help you with any issues that may occur before or after your visit to the facility. If there is a bad rating, it's because the person didn't want to take the time to politely ask for the problem to be corrected. The receptionist is Brandy, she is always polite. The tinting is dan by the owners son and he always insures that you will have only the best service available. Par none, will you ever achieve the amount of years of business that they have with such un-biased attention as others have.
