I went to Auto Glass Now yesterday to get two windows fixed on my Lexus—one wasn’t functioning at all, and the other had dropped completely into the door panel (likely knocked off the rail, possibly by someone trying to sleep in the back seat). The team at Auto Glass Now got to work right away. One of the techs must have a magic touch—he didn’t even have to do anything to get the passenger window working again; it just came back to life! The rear window was the real issue and took about 30 minutes, but they got it properly reattached to the rail and functioning like new. All in all, they were quick, professional, and efficient. While I wish I didn’t have to spend nearly $100 and lose a day messing with it, I’m grateful they got it done right and fast. Would definitely recommend them if you need solid, no-nonsense auto glass repair!
