100% would recommend GR Auto Glass!! While driving cross country alone with my 3 young daughters my mini vans rear side window randomly exploded on the freeway outside Joplin, MO. It was after 5pm and every glass shop in Joplin was closed or didn’t have the window available. I found GR Auto Glass in Carthage and James answered the phone (from his car, I’m sure on his way home). He said he’d call me back in 10 minutes after contacting his glass supplier to see if they had the window in stock. James called me back as stated and said they had the window I needed, he went and picked it up, and met me at his shop an hour later. 30 minutes later (2 hrs after the window broke) he had the window replaced and the glass all cleaned up from inside my van, and we were ready to continue on our trip. James is a great small business owner who will go out of his way to help out costumers. Not only did James help us out in a very stressful situation, the quality of his work and price were outstanding.
