Clarity Auto Glass

Had to replace my rear window glass due to it being smashed in. They were professional and courteous, and had the window installed in a short amount of time on the cheap. However, the glass used was poor quality and fishbowls across the window, and my trim is lifted up on one side, allowing water to get in and fester to rot the metal. They said they couldn't do anything about it because the manufacturer doesn't make the part anymore. When I tracked the part down and called in the warranty, they were willing to install it along with a new glass, but then decided not to do it regardless, and refunded my money. All-in-all, not the worst company to work with, and has a good price point. I do wish the job had been able to be finished, but I'm glad they refunded me so that I can have it fixed all the same.

I submitted a quote for a windshield replacement Sunday, received a quote Monday $150 cheaper than a leading commercial/franchised competitor, and had two gentlemen show up at my door Wednesday morning at 9 AM. A short while later, my windshield was replaced and it was perfectly good as new. You would not even know or believe that it's not the original manufacturer windshield. The two gentlemen that helped with the installation were professional, courteous, clean, and made the process very easy. I'm highly impressed with the quality and timeliness of the service. Although I do not hope to need a windshield replaced again any time soon, I know who to call and who I would recommend to my friends if any of us did. 10/10 would work with again.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

I could not have asked for a better experience with an automotive glass repair company. I took both my fiance's and my car in today to have some chips repaired in both of our windshields and the experience was fantastic. Kevin and the staff are all very polite and professional and the work they did looks spectacular. They were done quickly and it was easy for me to get in and out without any troubles or long waits. On top of all of this, their price was nearly HALF what those other guys charge and I am supporting a local business rather than some huge national chain. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Kansas City area looking to have any automotive glass repair or replacement.

I took my vehicle here after I had a rock chip expand into a 3.5 foot long crack. My insurance company tried to funnel me to a large national company, but I had issues with them in the past - especially with vehicles with rain sensing wipers and other sensors. I called my insurance company and Clarity was on their approved list. Booking an appointment was easy over email and they were very communicative. They replaced my windshield with an OEM windshield and provided me with documentation with details on my sensors' recalibration. I paid my deductible and drove away. I highly recommend this shop. Best experience I've had replacing a windshield on my vehicles.

It was extremely refreshing dealing with a company such as Clarity Auto Glass. They are the epitome of a dedicated, caring and professional business. I needed service for a cracked front window and they provided it quickly and efficiently. I spoke to the owner personally on the phone and knew I was good hands from the beginning and the price was right! A repair guy came out promptly and got the job done. It was a very nice experience after dealing with so many bigger businesses who treat you as just another dollar sign. I did research online for some windshield replacements and I came across Clarity. They were very business professional. I had set up an appointment for the following week but I couldn't wait any longer. So that same week I spoke with Clarity they fixed my windshield a couple days later without any problems I even met up with one of the workers while he was heading to another job. Clarity is a highly recommended place if anyone needs there windshield fixed or replaced. Also they are reasonable on price. Its definitely worth the process if you are in need of replaced or repaired windshield. Thanks!!!!!

There were other glass shops that were closer to me... There were other glass companies that would have come to me... but Clarity Auto Glass was by far the best price and well worth the 30 minute drive to get there. Other shops quoted prices on their website that were comparable to Clarity Auto Glass, but then when I called the other shops the price went up more than 30% after then tacked on installation fees and such... Clarity gave me a straight forward, honest, out the door price. I'll be going to Clarity Auto Glass again, and will be recommending them to friends and family!

My new windshield was installed on 8/28/13 by Darrell Lowery and the experience could not have been better. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional and did not mind me hanging around and asking questions. He was very informative about a process I had no previous experience with. The work was done quickly and correctly. Mr. Lowery is an asset to your company and I will only use your service for all my glass repair needs in the future. Also, the price was considerably less than your competitors and I checked many. Thanks again for the grade A service.

I went to a well promoted national chain for windshield replacement. I was met by so much frustration that I left. As I was leaving, I saw Clarity Auto Glass. I called and spoke with someone immediately they were able to get what I needed. Ordered my windshield and replaced it promptly nothing but professional service. I dealt with Kevin. I highly recommend you give them a call over the national brands. Their prices were way better and the service outstanding. I was disappointed in myself for not supporting local business from the start. I’m glad I found Clarity.

Due to my window being busted out, I was recommended Clarity auto and I’m so glad I did! Calling to set an appointment was super easy and they had next day availability. I dropped my vehicle off the night before and they called me early the next day and told me it was ready. There was a slight problem with the glass ( not there fault ). I told them about it and they immediately got me back into the shop and fixed the problem. They were very polite and apologetic. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else if I need glass repair.
