This is a great local business run by great people. I called to see about a windshield replacement, and the man on the phone was very quick looking to see what windshield he would need to replace mine and promptly got me a quote. I was very pleased with the price. It was better than just competitive with some of the other glass replacement establishments in town. He told me he would have to order the windshield, but he was still able go get me in the next day! From the moment I arrived to the time I left was roughly a half an hour. The whole process was very smooth. One thing is for sure, I will be exclusively using Anderson Auto Glass for all of my auto glass needs. My husband made an appointment with Anderson Glass to repair our car window. I was told the repair would take an hour and a half, give or take, so I took a book to read while I waited. When I walked in, they were having lunch and immediately offered me some. Hospitality!! The gentleman immediately put his lunch aside and started to work on the window. I never touched my book because the conversation was engaging and I was included as if I were an old friend!! The repair was finished in less time than quoted and there were no surprise additions to the cost!! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else for glass repair!! Just had my windshield replaced and they did a great job. No problems so far but I can tell by the way they were talking to me that if I ever did have any problems with it, they would be more than happy to make it right. This is the way customers should be treated. Tina and Dawn are the absolute best. They act grateful to you for being a customer and are as friendly as can be. Not only will I always be going there for future windshield repair/replacement, I will highly recommend them to anyone else I know who needs it. Their customer service alone is worth every penny you pay.

I went to get a quote on a loose rear window that was rattling very bad. Everyone there was very nice, i made an appointment for the next week and they even put take on the glass to help it from getting worse. The day they actually fixed it, the work was done wildly and cleanly. They took me into the shop to show me what they were doing. The charged me what they quoted. No extra charges or hidden fees. Over all great experience and i will recommend them to all. Thank you for being a great local business. I appreciate it.

Everyone searches for the right people you can trust with your vehicle. You hope you don't get scammed, you hope they'll stand by their word, but mostly that they take care of the repairs needed without trying to price gouge you. This is the place for all of it!! They are honest, kind, hard working and they are always happy to answer any questions I may have. This was my 3rd or 4th visit. We are life long customers and we'll continue to recommend Anderson's to everyone that may need their services.

What great people! I found Anderson Auto Glass yesterday, called them, and they fit us right in today for a new windshield. I can definitely see why their reviews are so high! They were fast, efficient, and just really kind! I thought, for sure my windshield would crumble when they tried to take it out to replace it, but there was absolutely no evidence that that happened! They’re prices were fair, too. We’ll definitely be coming straight here for all of our auto glass needs.

I'll start off by saying this, if I ever need any type of Auto Glass again I'm definitely giving these folks another shout! They are very friendly and efficient and do an outstanding job! At the time, i was able to secure an appointment within 24 hours and they have great rates as well! All staff was very easy and pleasant to work and they have integrity in their craftsmanship! They maybe the #1 auto glass shop throughout the entire 4-state area!

If I could leave 10 stars for this business I would. The hospitality of these people is incredible. I came in for a windshield replacement and they got it down within the hour. I had to get the windshield in my Semi replaced, not only was there same day appointment available, the price was chess as per than the other company’s by almost half. The service was extremely accommodating and even when I had a small leak, not from the quality of work but the design of the truck, Scott stayed late to wait for me, stood behind his craft and stopped the leak. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is a wonderful place! I can't say enough good things about them. They found a window when no one else could, got me an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and price, and the lady in the office was so sweet and friendly and made a big deal over mom, who's 86, which she loved. The windshield was installed beautifully and they even vacuumed my car! Would highly recommend them!!!
