We were having an issue with the windshield on our new to us vehicle. I requested a quote late in the day Sunday from 5 different companies, only 2 responded and Hemn was the first. He asked all the relevant questions, gave me a quote and booked the appointment for the very next morning - offering mobile service at my home for no additional cost. Thank to our unpredictable weather and yesterday's monsoon, my appointment had to be delayed by a single day, and it's a good thing because it poured here for hours. This morning Hemn called and gave me a one hour window, then called again when they were on the way. He and his assistant arrived in the original time slot, inspected the car, talked to me about the glass and the process and then got to work. These guys are fast, knowledgeable and respectful of our time and property. An hour later the old glass was out, new glass in, lots of reassembly done and they transferred my inspection and car wash stickers to the new glass. I was offered multiple payment options, told when to remove the tape, when I could drive, go to the car wash, etc and then they packed up and left, with everything exactly as it was, except a new windshield on my car. I called them while I was in the area, and they responded immediately with a fantastic price—almost 50% cheaper than the quotes I had received from places in my town, which is an hour away. I had both my windshield and passenger side door window replaced, and the job was done in less than 30 minutes. The quality of the work was amazing. The team was extremely kind and professional. They even went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. It was winded and cold and I assumed I would need to stand outside while my repairs were done, but they thoughtfully had me get in the backseat of my vehicle to stay warm while they worked on the windshield. I had to replace my sunroof, front and back windows due to hail damage. Hemn came out to the house, installed all 3 windows, as well as making sure all were functional, including the wipers and defrost, as well as the sunroof that had previously shattered. He cleaned up the mess from all the broken glass and was a joy to talk to. He did such a wonderful job and the price was much less expensive than the competition, as well as, he bent over backwards to find the sunroof that no one else had or could find. From now on, we will call Northland Auto Glass if we are to ever need glass again. We felt we were really taken care of by Hemn! Thank you Hemn for your help and dedication to your customers! My window was broken out lastnight, & my wife and I scurried to find a reasonable but good business to replace the window. We have never dealt with this company, but today... Hemn and his associate came to our home and were professional and very prompt in replacing the window, & even offered a tint business to replace my tinted window that was shattered. I recently had a fantastic experience with Northland auto glass, for a glass repair service. They were incredibly professional and did an amazing job, completing the repair in less than 20 minutes right at the convenience of my home, even on a Saturday! They clean every piece of glass inside my car from the broken window and left my car spotless, their communication throughout the process was excellent. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend them!

When I say this man was highly professional as well as very knowledgeable about what he was doing!!! This company is amazing and my technician is the best face of this company! I’m sure no one can top him!! Before and after photos! Yes two vehicles were broken in to and this guy didn’t pour salt in my wounds by charging me a butt load of cash! Price was very reasonable! I park outside, so when I had a shattered windows, I knew I needed to act quickly. NAG was able to come to my place of work within ONE hour of me placing my call, and replaced my window in the parking lot of my job so I didn’t even need to call off or leave work. Hemn was very kind, polite, and professional. He did a great job and even cleaned up my car and all the glass in the parking lot too. Very happy with his service! Thank you again.

Shattered a rear truck cab window after hours. Hemn (owner) still replied to my email, asked the needed questions, and had an estimate waiting the next morning once he could confirm the replacement was in stock. Fix was in place only a few hours later. Communication and coordination exceeded expectations. Professional from start to finish. And an extremely fair price. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

They replaced the windshield in my 2019 Ford Transit Connect. Everything was great about the experience from the customer service to the quote to the actual service. They charged about a quarter of what Safelite estimated. Work was done in half an hour after scheduling for service the previous day. Now that's impressive 😁. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs glass replaced in their vehicles!!!!!
