Jason at Auto Glass Direct was an amazing help to us after the windshield and the 2 passenger side windows of our Ford truck were destroyed in a hail storm as we were towing our camper through Montana. The damage occurred on a Thursday afternoon and we diverted to Billings - the largest city nearby and were referred to Jason via connections to the Ford dealer. Jason was empathetic to our plight, recommended a hotel near the shop, so we could walk back to relax while the work was being done the next morning. He even recommended nearby restaurants! We were back on the road by early Friday afternoon - less than 24 hours after the hail storm. We are so thankful to Jason and the team at Auto Glass Direct of Billings, for the beautiful new windows, cleaning up the glass from the back seats and the nice thank you note signed by the whole team along with 2 bottles of water in our cup holders! Five Star service all around!

My weed wacker sent a rock through a visitors car hatchback window :-0 After doing review research i decided to give this company a try. I got a 50 bucks off grand opening coupon to the new location, wooop wooop! I arrived early and met the team. They were all really nice, friendly, energetic, and displayed good teamwork. Incredible customer service start to finish!!!! Quality work and clean! To make a long story short they did extra unforseen work needed to complete the job and repaired a big windshield chip a no extra charge. I would definitely use these guys again for any vehicle window repairs. I will also recommend these guys to my friends and coworkers. I am thankful that we have this company here in Billings. Thank you guys, great job!!!

Wow! This business provided the most exceptional service we’ve ever experienced! Not only were they the only place within 500 miles that could replace our Ionic 5 windshield on very short notice, but they had a great waiting room, clean bathroom, and a super friendly vibe, from the phone messages to the upbeat hand-written thank you card and free water they left in our vehicle. They also handled the insurance issues smoothly despite our coming with an unfamiliar policy from the northeast. We arrived a bit deflated with a cracked windshield late Friday afternoon on a cross-country trip, and left soon after feeling upbeat, happy and restored/repaired. Thank you Jason and crew!!

Auto Glass Direct's customer service is top-notch! We requested an extra step to remove a rattle when taking out the glass, and they didn't hesitate to help. We also needed a replacement for a Daewoo Nubria car windshield, which is hard to find since it went out of production years ago. They not only had it but were also willing to work with us. We contacted other auto glass businesses in Billings, but they wouldn't even consider helping. Auto Glass Direct truly understands customer service. We won't go anywhere else and urge our family to choose Auto Glass Direct. Their products and service are unmatched in Billings.

This was hands down the best service I think i've had with any company since living in montana. This company was not only fast, but they were friendly.They were able to adjust the schedule when I wasn't able to make it on my first appointment. They even left a thank you card and written in the truck. So it felt more personal as well as a bottle of water with their company logo in the center console cup holder. Auto Glass Direct is by far the most professional, the most knowledgeable, the most experienced company in the auto glass replacement business I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with - ever! They say what they mean and mean what they say. I was very surprised that they replaced my windshield so quickly and efficiently. They don't tell you one price and charge you something else there is no hidden fees or service charges for using a card they are very friendly and they did an excellent job of replacing my windshield and cleaned up afterwards now I feel like I am driving a new car because it's so clear. I highly recommend going to them. The office on s 37th st and 1st avenue south. I know I'll be going back to get all my glass needs done.

These guys are AWESOME! They got me in very quickly to replace my windshield. Not only did they have my windshields in stock but they had it installed in less than an hour. Best experience on an auto repair I’ve ever had! Significantly lower in cost that anyone in town, and the service was extremely fast! Wonderful customer service! These guys are amazing! Every member of the team was super kind, helpful, and friendly. Their pricing was great-way better than the place I was originally going to go to! They cleaned my dash (which was covered in dust from living on dirt/gravel roads) and left a cute handwritten card on my dash when they were done. 10 out of 10 would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!
