All Star Auto Glass

This place could not get a side window for.y Lexus. I bought one and had them install it. The window was broken during installation. They refused responsibility for there actions. They filled a chip in my windshield next day it spread. I told them and asked them about it and they said they could not guarantee their work. They told me to bring back and they were looked at my windshield and they said that there was nothing they could do about the windshield spreading so they are not gonna stand behind their windshield. So now my windshield is cracking more and more every day from a chip that was filled by them.

All Star Auto Glass provided excellent service when filling a chip in my windshield. I was able to get in quickly, drop my car off, and they called me to pick it up when I was done. Very insulting and not professional at all. We went in because our window was leaking and tried to show them where it was leaking from. The person working wouldn't give us the time of day to even listen to us and flat out refused to help us.NegativeProfessionalism

Quick and professional service. Only issue I had was with the website scheduling and estimate (which they resolved for me). Save some trouble, and just call them for a quote and service time.

Didn't remove tape around window didn't vacuum up glass would have been better off paying safelite extra 5 dollars they would have e cleaned up instead of spending 20 dollars at car wash

Got my car in right away. Called me to let me know when it would be ready. Windshield was replaced and they even fixed the sensor of my rearview mirror at no extra cost.
