We had to reschedule our appointment more than once and he worked with us and came to our location. He took his time and gave me the same price satellite quoted me. He was $300-600 cheaper than other local competitors in NP, but is much more courteous and personal than satellite (they only have an 800 number). I would recommend this company to anyone who wants local service and quality, at a fair price.

On the last day of our vacation, we were 1.5 miles from Grand Island when "something" literally came out of no where and shattered my windshield and All Star Auto Glass came thru for me. I have one of those special windshields that had to be ordered and calibrated. Since I was not from Grand Island, All Star guided me to their shop, was waiting for me, and had the windshield ordered within minutes of me arriving. They had the work done the next day and ready for me to pick up. Matt was very helpful and friendly and even though I hope to never have to use them again, I would recommend if you need a windshield replaced -- DEFINITELY trust All Star Auto Glass to take care of your vehicle.

Not there first time here.These guys are good at what they do and fast! I stayed in Shop for a windshield replacement. It was like an hour. No bs! That's fast. The tech had a hell of a time cause all the dust and mess under the glass. But they took it down to bare metal and put down new primer. O h and the treatment they show on commercials, with throwing mud on the window and it slides off. Uh ya, it works. Now I would not suggest to throw mud on the glass it does come of but can ruin the surface protection. But I didn't even use my wipers when it started raining just beaded right off! I Also do not suggest to drive in the rain without wipers. I will be back to safelite because I would never trust the other guys with my safety or glass needs
