My First Review!! It's 6:30 p.m., the best thing that happened to me today, happened at 8:30 a.m., actually, it started yesterday. I have a Toyota Highlander and the left rear window slipped inside the door, because of a looming thunder storm, I started calling around based on "Yelp." Every business I called, gave me a high ball park figure, plus assumed it would need a 'regulator' which is evidently the case 90% of the time. Every business said those are on back order because of covid, plus couldn't get me in to fix it until next week. The last call I made, for obvious reasons, was to Joan at Auto Glass Nation. She talked to one of the mechanics (Glenn) and was able to make an afternoon appt.,. I was there 30-40 min., no regulator needed, window back on track, price for fixing was less than any quote I got regulator or not. Right then and there I made another appt. for this morning to have my left sideview mirror replaced with one I found on line. Again, Glenn, my new hero, had it on in less than 20 minutes, seriously, I brought all this work with me, had just gotten myself set up and settled in and Glenn comes in with my keys, I thought he had a question....nope, he was done!! All of it quick, effective, efficient and fun...we all, at one time or another laughed together AND IT WAS ALL SO AFFORDABLE!!! If there were 10 stars Auto Glass Nation would have them all! They are awesome, do great work and most of all is honest. I had removed a $100.00 bill that I keep for emergencies in my vehicle and thought I had placed it in my pocket only to find out after I left the building that I had dropped it. I figured it was gone given many individuals now days, however I gave Raphael a call and he indicated that they had found a $100.00 bill he asked me to describe it and I explained what I had done and to say the least he said it was there come pick it up. There are not many car repair places that have that honest of staff. Many people would have not said a word and pocketed it and would have told me that they had not seen it. If nothing else Raphael won my future business just by his honesty. Thank you again gentlemen for your honesty.

I got my windshield replaced here, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Not only was it the best price, but their scheduler was so friendly and easy to work with, and the guys truly went above and beyond. I was the nightmare customer who locked her keys in her car, and they helped me retrieve them AND helped me replace the battery in my key fob (including making a run to the store for me!). I felt super embarrassed, but they were just nice and patient and helpful the whole time and didn't make me feel silly or like a burden—which is NOT always my experience around cars as a young woman. Just super happy with them and would absolutely send anyone there. Bryan was so helpful to me when my passenger side window was shattered in a car break-in. He has excellent communication, knew exactly what to do to work with my insurance company, charged fair prices and was able to get my car in within two days of the break (and fixed it quickly). I had taken my windshield to a nation wide glass company locally and they repaired the windshield. well it leaked constantly after they did and I took it back, they said they fixed it but it still leaked. a friend suggested I try nebraska auto glass since he and his family have always gone there with there cars. I stopped in and they took a look, they found the problem. wasn't good at all, the front windshield had to be removed and completely re-done because it wasn't installed correctly and that was done by a nation wide company!! that company even scratched my paint where I couldn't see it and already could see rust starting there. Nebraska auto glass got my car right in and took care of the damage the nation wide company did. the nation wide company came to my house to do it and the guys at Nebraska auto glass showed me why you should never have newer cars repaired at home or work. HAVE TO need to take them to a shop to get the job done right the first time. the nation wide company told me no problem they can do it where ever but now they cost me more money and a lot more time and re-fused to fix the problem a 3rd time! should have went to Nebraska auto glass the first time!!

My wife scheduled an appointment for windshield replacement and was quoted a little over 400 dollars. The lady on the phone told her it be 900 IF it needed calibration. It wasn't MANDATORY. Then when I got there this morning. The lady at the front, Lola.. Tried charging me for the calibration. I told her it wasn't needed. I only need the glass. My safety is fine. She told me it was policy. So i asked to see the policy. If there was a policy, I'd happily pay. But I know there isn't one. Its just what you do if it's needed. Its not mandatory. That is why the lady told my wife it only be 400 instead of 900 on the phone. Then when I show up. Its all mandatory. So again, I asked them to show me and it made them upset. They were telling me that I was the one being argumentative when I wasn't. They just never had anyone speak up about this before and they didn't know how to handle it. They handled it poorly. All I wanted was to see the policy. I had them call district management and they sent a paper. But that paper wasn't a policy. It was just things to do, a cheat sheet. And I told them, and it made them more mad. They knew i was right. Then when my wife told me just to go ahead and pay it. They started making sly remarks about not doing it. The man in the back who does the work said he wasn't gonna do it all because I aksed to see the policy. Then I was threatened to have the cops called on me after I told them I wanted all thier information to turn into district and BBB Which I am doing today. I was treated with complete disrespect all because I wanted to see a policy that would charge me an extra 450 dollars. As a customer, they should have things like that readily available for us. They don't. And today, they lost a good customer. A repeat customer mind you.. I already had the windshield replaced by them WITHOUT the calibration before. They treated me like some bum in a bar. And it's not acceptable. Sincerely, Eugene Butler III A customer who wanted to see a policy. And got treated like I was the one stealing money smh.

Look no further for someone to repair your car's windshield. The owner, Boyd, is incredible to work with. He'll recommend that you reach out to see if your insurance will pay for the cost of the repair, and then bend over backward to make the experience as convenient as possible for you. He comes to your specified location, on time, and gets the job done fast. He is very friendly and on top of his amazing service with the windshield, he showed me what I could do to improve the clarity of my headlights. He even demonstrated it when he saw he had the product on hand. Boyd is very reasonably priced and he gave me tips and tricks to know what to do in the future if something like getting a chip in my windshield happens again. I could not have imagined a better experience. Thank you, Boyd!
