After being quoted to meet or beat Safelite, I got overcharged 10/3/2023 for $238.74 over my Safelite quote. I got a fast one too when they did my personal car which was $20 over Safelite after being told it would be the same or cheaper, and they overcharged the first time I went there and we called them out on it and they then gave us a discount on our next repair. They also left black windshield glue on the interior pillar in two of the 4 replacements I've had them do. Make them stick to their price before purchasing from them is all I can say, and be wary of the quality that comes back.

I was traveling late on a Friday afternoon to Norfolk when I picked up a rock chip. Hoping to get it filled before it turned into a spiderweb, I called the shop; a real person answered, told him what happened and an hour later he met me at the shop after working on a mobile job and filled it. Even though they acknowledged it was a giant chip, they said they'd fill it, but warned me they were unsure what it's appearance would be because of it's size. It looks great! It's barely noticeable. I will look them up the next time I need anything auto glass related! Good people all round.

I was driving out to Valentine from Omaha and of course I got a chip in my windshield. I called Dan about 15 min away from Norfolk and he immediately told me he could help. I was stressed as it looked like it was already spreading. Nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Took 25 minutes, he pet my dog like it was his own (had my dog with for the camping trip), extremely reasonable and answered all my questions about the chip. My windshield rubber came loose, causing rattling when driving on freeway from Tucson AZ to Norfolk NE…… extremely annoying. Called on Thursday to get a quote and scheduled my appointment for following Tuesday at 9 am. Very nice clean business, greeted upon arrival. Verified the replacement ordered was correct and started promptly at 9:10. Car was returned with new windshield and could not be happier. Highly recommend. Price was extremely reasonable. Dan was very helpful and was able to find a replacement windshield for me really fast to get me back on the road. The work was excellent and the car was cleaned up and left looking like new.
