Beware when using this company. This company came recommended to me by multiple friends and I chose to go with them to do multiple windshields the same day. I left for a 6-day work trip came back to one of the windshield being cracked. I will note that that vehicle did not move from where it was parked for over 6 days since then windshield was installed. After I sent a picture to the owner to let him know that the windshield was cracked (which is covered in dust and has the tape marks on it still because the vehicle is not moved to even get washed) because it has not moved in 6 days The owner started accusing me immediately, saying it was an impact mark from driving, then it went into it's an impact mark from you putting the trim in which I informed him the trim has not been put in and is still not installed in the vehicle. The immediate response by the owner was to make accusations and blame me for the damage and get this, he didn't even come and look at it in person. He was making all the accusations and calling me a liar without even putting eyes on the windshield first!!!! I'm not sure how you can run a business like that but evidently he gets away with it. He has not seen the windshield in person he has made multiple accusations to me about how it happened without seeing it. I'm very disappointed in the owners behavior immediately within the first text to me telling me that it's not his problem that I did it. The windshield has multiple chipmarks all the way around the entire glass on the underside and the top side which makes me think the windshield wasn't handled very well during shipping or was a manufacturer flaw but instead of him coming out to put his eyes on it he immediately started accusing me that I did it and called me a liar. So just be aware when using this company that the reputation might not always represent the quality of the company. Very disappointed!!

I called my insurance for a glass repair and I selected this company. I was told by my insurance that I would be contacted by AGR the next day by noon, which came and went. The next day I called AGR and filled them in on my claim and that I had received no call. The person took my info and told me their claim specialist would look at the emails in order to find my claim and call me back. By the next day at 12:30 I still received no call. I finally called my insurance back and changed to Safelite which scheduled my repair immediately. This place may do great work but I never found out because they never called me back. Response: If I hadn't called AGR and only contacted my insurance, waited 3 days, and then called my insurance again then I would agree that the review was unfair. The fact that I called AGR on day 2 and got no response stating they had no record of my service request until this review, and the fact that you stated you had no record of my call from yesterday confirms my opinion in my eyes. Again, I can not state how good their repairs are, only that the communication I was expecting was not good and that's what this review reflects.

I had a chip filled by safelite who was referred by my insurance..it split and they want to replace my windshield 21 days from reporting. AGR windshields was an affiliate..the representative Kayla was very responsive and efficient..took in the next day and Chris put in my new windshield .. no lines, no waiting, perfectly prepared for my arrival on time and expertly done. This was an EXCELLENT experience and I will refer all friends, family & associates to Chris & AGR windshields!! I own a very expensive suv and was concerned the quality of services would be up to par..they do all cars..Porsche, Lincoln, Ferrari..The quality & trust is obvious with the clientele he serves.

I have never had a windshield issue before. I called a few places and it felt like I was just bothering them and they rushed me off the phone. AGR was awesome and they gave me a lot of their time and explained what to expect. When my technician Jesse arrived he was on time gave me a call ahead and almost to the minute on his time estimate he was finished extremely professional and a very nice guy I'm very happy with this company if you ever need any windshield repair go to this company don't go anywhere else. I might add that Jesse is a strong Christian guy and was very honest with a service.

They came highly recommended from my Gaudin porrsche service guy and now I see why. Very responsive was able to get me in for an appointment quickly and had my porsche done sooner than estimated. One of the best parts is that my vehicle came back to me clean the way I gave it to them. I waited 90 days to give my review so I could be sure of quality of workmanship. I am incredibly happy it’s nice to have a new front windshield and recommend all my friends here now.

They did the glass roof repair on my Porsch Taycan. Chris is absolutely the best in town. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great experience. My car was in and out in a timely matter and would even get updates along the way on how the vehicle was progressing during its short stay there. Job was perfectly done And so happy with it. Chris and his crew were able to get me in the next day after I called them about my cracked windshield. They did the replacement in about an hour. Their professional attitude was top notch. This is the 2nd time we have had to have a windshield replaced (different vehicles) - got to love Vegas construction! I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a windshield issue.
