I have Corvette HUD (heads up display) and the manufacturer recommendation was a $750 "HUD compatible" replacement. I called at least 6 shops and Low Price Auto Glass had the best price and hours by far. One shop was even in shock when I told them their quote and they couldn't even get close. They were spot on the quote when the bill came as well. They understood $750 is an extremely expensive window and had me talk with the installer to go over a much less costly option. He was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable going with the cheaper option and still having my HUD show on the glass. It turns out the installer was spot on and he ended up saving me over $500!!! There was 0 difference in the look of the display on the glass from the window that broke. I've never really needed a window replaced since I had my first car so I wasn't sure who to go to. This shop made me feel comfortable and confident that the job was done right. I own 5 cars myself and have a few friends with full garages as well and I won't hesitate to take another vehicle or send a friend.
