Absolutely an excellent experience. We had a long crack that kept on growing on my parent's windshield and decided to replace it for them. I'll called multiple places, but AAG had the most competitive price in the area. The price they give includes price of windshield, installation, taxes, and disposal fee. No hidden fees. I spoke with Lisa who was able to get me in first thing on a Saturday. I met with John and he continued to update me during the installation while I waited.They buttoned everything up in about an hour and a half. They moved the inspection sticker to the new windshield without damaging it. I chose the after-market windshield, which is build to DOT specifications, and was assured that it is made exactly like the original, which I agree, you can't even tell the difference. Windshields are guaranteed for one year from any leaks or stress cracks. Very friendly shop. Family owned and operated since 1978.
