Hello To All Who Would Read This Post. I would like to first say that everyone at A-1 Plus Auto Glass are true Gentlemen, Honest, Professionals & treat your vehicle like it is their own. They take pride in the work they do and will stand behind what they do. I have an older Motorhome, in October 2019 on the way up from Florida to my home in New Jersey both large windshield cracked by rocks being thrown up in a construction zone on Rt 95 north. I called my insurance company & they put me in touch with A1 Plus Auto Glass. We made arrangements & scheduled an appointment BUT a family member got very sick & I had to go back to FL. & arrange hospice care for them. I called A1 Plus and explained what was going on. They said to take care of your family and they will standby to hear back from me. A few months went by, the family member passed away. I had to stay in FL. a few more months to take care of things. Now the later part of March 2020 I called A1 Plus and they worked around their schedule & the weather & got the Motorhome in A.S.A.P. ... Dealing with those 2 big windshields they did a great job. Called the shop at almost 5pm, spoke with Eddie. Told me to bring the car in the next morning to drop off and pick up in the afternoon and he will order the original windshield (my preference) as soon we end the call. According to other shops, it would take them 5 days to 2 weeks to get the glass. When I got there he already has the glass, told me to hang around. He got right to it, windshield was done and completed in just almost an hour. He charges competitively and really affordable (called a lot of glass repair shops before deciding to go with him). Ordered a windshield for my car. Owner told me he will have to order the glass and it will be there in Wednesday. I have called on Monday! 2 weeks pass by I call and the owner who then asked me if I still needed the replacement i said of course he said that someone sent the windshield back and will have to reorder again. Another week passes by and he leaves me a voicemail stating that I have to get it put in the same day. I told him I would only be able to install the glass on Wednesday as I have a busy schedule in the medical field and dont have a set schedule. He said forget it I am sending it back. Worst customer service ever. Definitely don't recommend

I have mixed feelings. On one hand this business was great and quick with my service. Very nice. On the other hand, when I went in, no employees were wearing masks. They have signs saying other people need to wear masks but they themselves are inside cars and the office maskless during a pandemic. This really put me off. Post-covid I’m sure they’re great, hopefully I won’t have to come back because my car will be alright, but if I had to come back during the pandemic, I don’t know that I would for those reasons.PositiveValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

Was loading equipment into my car and caught the corner of one of the boxes closing my trunk door and shattered the glass. Called up a few places and most said they could have me in tomorrow or the day after. Called up A1 and they told me to bring it in right away and within the hour, I had a brand new rear windshield at a BETTER price than all the other places I called.

Stopped by in the morning to see if they could replace the rear quarter windows in my car. Shawn asked if I was doing anything at the moment and 2 hours later the job was done. First when I called they where very friendly and very helpful in giving me a price I am absolutely glad I came here great price great service very fast was in and out in under 1 hour was a great experience and if ever needed any glass work done would definitely come here highly recommend this place.
