I went to Bumper to Bumper Car Audio to install a new alpine radio system, I been there 3 times spent close to 12,000 and the results where horrible sound quality, horrible wiring, and despicable installation. I didn’t know because I am not knowledgeable about car audio. So I went to two different car audio businesses. IEI interstate told me the truth, that I was ripped off initially and had a poor installation. They recommended A1 Customs- - Kenny. I first met Kenny there at IEI Interstate where he took about 1.5 hours of his personal time to diagnose my problems offer solutions and recommendations. I was so impressed with his knowledge, customer service, and patience. So I went to his shop to revamp my whole car audio system. Kenny gave me a fair price not overpricing like most businesses. He does the work almost all by himself. He is a perfectionist, meticulous, and hard worker. He treats my car like it his own car. He is careful, neat and precise in his installation including all custom work, electrical work and tuning. Kenny is one of the most professional and nicest business owners I have ever met. He is always kind, he always smiles and he always updated me on all progress. His work is the best I have seen like in car studio magazines. He even detailed my car wow; he also recommends other services with total honesty. Kenny will never sell you anything you don’t need. I thank God I found Kenny. My kids and I will enjoy this new amazing car audio system custom installed and tuned correctly.
