Normally theses types of situations are difficult, costly and time consuming. However, from the 1st phone call to 3 J’s I could immediately tell that Joe was going to make this as easy as possible for me. He was beyond courteous and so helpful to ensure MY needs were being met. I needed a windshield replacement and wasn’t in a position where I was able to get their company on to the property to do the job and I had a very short window/timeframe that I could even get this job completed. Joe had no problem going out to a different location at the exact time that worked for us. They were there when my husband arrived, and due to the situation again, most of this job was done via phone, text and e-mail.They completed the job in a timely matter, took photos sent them to me, called with instructions, took my payment via phone and e-mailed me my recipient. Couldn’t have been an easier transaction. So not only did they do an outstanding job, the sheer ease and professionalism made my experience that much better. No one wants to have to go through the hassle of replacing a window, plus you have the cost and arrangements to worry about. This is my 3rd replacement windshield on my jeep wrangler as it's a magnet for stones. Used 3 different places and 3 J's Auto Glass was the best priced so far. They beat others by a fair amount for oem glass, and beat the big windshield replacement place by a significant amount. Good communication from the start, excellent service. Showed up when promised and did a very clean professional job! Will definitely use again.

Look I have used that National chain that advertises. Joe does such a better job you would be foolish to use anyone else. He came on time and replace both the wind shield and back window in my Ford F 150 Lightning in just over an hour. Price was also substantially less. I will use him again for my 88 Mustang. Hey, rock damage happens. Call 3Js, you will be glad you did.

Called Joe on Friday , quoted me a great price and we scheduled for Monday. Joe called me Monday morning to say he would be here in about 20 mins. Joe and his assistant arrived on time and very professionally installed a new windshield. Great price, friendly service, and on time. Highly recommend!

Very bad service!!!after he replaced my windshield he never installed right the wipers. Tried to call him after i explained the issue he said he’ll come back then he never answer back. Then I paid a mechanic to do it.

Timely..quick install. Super professional and fair price. Said he would be to my home between 8am and 9am. Arrived promptly at 8:20. Called around and his price was best and customer service over phone was excellent.
