This glass company is a little more different than the rest of them that I called. The service at Astro Auto Glass is more personalized. I asked for a specific type manufacture name of glass , and yes they could provided it .These guys went further and advised me of a few other brand names and differences and showed me other windshields .I selected the windshield glass they recommended and was more than happy, not to mention they had it installed at the shop in about an hour. If your have a specific type glass manufacture you need they can get it right away for you, like in a day. I found out these guys work with several manufacturers not just a couple. Don't be shy ask them questions they will gladly help. There prices are very affordable and they have an excellent product warranty.

I am absolutely a fan of this facility and am amazed by the service received and a big thank you to Leah for making things happen and getting the job done this girl deserves a raise. Hello! I wanted to brag about one of your workers Leah and the phenomenal service that I received from her. I had a window replaced at the Rio Rancho location. I had issues as soon as I left the facility on a Friday. The weekend they are closed. I called them first thing Monday morning and explained everything just for them to send a guy to drive my car keep in mind they said they would take my vehicle and do a air test they not once did that at all and the guy argued that everything was okay and clearly the window was not okay as it sounded like glass breaking/ the window sounded uncomfortable. So with the gentleman by car I told him I will be calling back the manager that I spoke with and that explained everything that needed to be done. But to get to the point your employee made sure that my window worked as she had to reorder let's keep in mind that she tried to replace the window twice to make things right and it just did not work so she made it happen. She literally came to pick up my car multiple times to make sure my car was right. Thankful for her as she cleaned up another person's mess and never complained once and just got the job done. I am so thankful for and the service she provided she is wonderful individual with a big heart that makes sure her customers are taken care of that girl deserves a raise for her outstanding work she provided and let this customer happy and will only return to your location on San Pedro and Paseo Del Norte thank you thank you. Leah is an outstanding employee.

Auto Glass Now (formerly Horizon Glass) handled my windshield replacement in a timely manner. Based on initial conversation I had expected it to take longer due to availability of the OEM glass. The (Subaru) EyeSight system was re-calibrated at the same time, making for an easy one-stop experience. They also helped me get the insurance paperwork processed through my carrier without any issues. All in all, an experience that could not have been easier. And all the people I dealt with were all very personable and courteous. What more could I ask for?

These guys are the best. Their location seems a little scary but they are great. You need to enter in the back of the building through the fenced off area. I had my rear passenger window busted out and I was able to call them and get a quote really fast. I found they had the best prices too. They were able to get me in next day and when I came they took around an hour to fix. So I just hung out in their waiting room (see picture). Once they got my window in the door found that the manufacturer didn't place some bracket right on the window so they discounted my price and let me come back tomorrow to finish fixing my window. Their staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for any glass repair.

I had a chip on my windshield on my Audi. The Gentleman was able to come out to my house within 15 minutes; he fixed the chip. The whole process was under 30 minutes. He even looked at another car I have and gave me advice on the back window. He is very nice and professional. Very much appreciated! Thank you! My definate go to for future work! Update: I had another rock chip on my windshield from driving on the freeway, and again, he was out to service my Audi within an hour to repair the damage. I will definitely keep his number handy!

Marcus is absolutely the best and this company is lucky to have such a great person working for them. I’m a busy all the time person and he was able to meet me, even after being done for the night, to save me worrying and more expenses later. I forgot to do this last year when I had a small window replaced on my Challenger and needed it tinted. However, I had to look them up just now so that I could give their contact info to a friend who needs her car tinted. Very kind, very professional(as mentioned here by others), but the best thing about GLB is, I had a question about tint quality and ceramic vs the other stuff, and they actually took the time to not only educate me as a consumer on the different types of tint, but they actually showed me the tactics used by tint companies to rip people off. Tactics that I had already been exposed to (and fell for I might add) by the car dealership themselves! It amazed me to learn the tricks and specific verbiage the rip off tint shops used to get you to pay more than you needed to. If I could, I’d give GLB 6 stars.

Best price in town and quality craftsmanship! I've done my tinting in several places and always get bubbles, this place has been the best one, and I'm very picky. No bubbles at all, they use Xpel film which doesn't shrink and is higher quality. The people that work there are trustworthy, meaning I don't have to worry about leaving my vehicle. I was calling around and I was looking for a specific product but everyone was high priced and when I asked for info they were rude, the girl there explained everything nicely and quoted a better price. Others places only go from 5% to 20%, this place has 15% which is percfect!!
